Cosy Night In
Cosy Nights in are my forte. 99% of the time you will find me under a fort made of blankets, surrounded by fairy lights and candles, binge watching Netflix with a hot beverage. Whether you feel like you need a good 'oul pamper, an evening where you can just completely chill or as a just because, Cosy Nights in are the best way to de-stress after a long day. So onto the essentials!

Netflix:
I honestly can hold my hand up and say how on earth did we survive without Netflix over the years. I've had my subscription going for well over a year now and it's been very rare for me to switch on normal television ever since, I mean how do people deal with all those adverts during shows?! Depending on how cosy I want to be determines what I watch Netflix on (please tell me this is the same for everybody else or am I just a tad bit strange?) So if I'm just wanting to chill out normally my laptop or phone is my choice depending on which one is charged more, but for ultimate relaxation it's my tv because then I can be in bed totally relaxed, plus the screen is bigger than all the other devices so it's usually my go to. Even better when it's a HDR Panasonic TV you're watching it on! So now that you've Netflix loaded and have figured out what device you're watching it on it's time to pick what you want to watch, a Rom-Com, Trash Reality Tv (who doesn't love this) or maybe continue binge watching your current tv show you're loving. Currently in the 'My List' section because I've been loving them are Riverdale, Gossip Girl, Just Go With It, Now You See Me 2 and Love Rosie.

Atmosphere:
So now that you've sorted out your Netflix picks it's time to get creative. Grab your favourite candle or a multiple amount of them and light them up. Fairylights are also a must have just because they create the most lovely cosy glow you can't be without them! Of course another essential is blankets, every single one you own, make a fort or even wrap yourself up like a burrito but have all the blankets. If you have pets drag them in too because nothing makes me happier and content than my pets do.

Treats:
So you're chilling out with your favourite show on Netflix and surrounded by a cosy orange glow, now you obviously need snacks. Hopefully you were smarter than me and didn't give up Chocolate and Sweets for Lent (8 days left yay) you can have all the deep fried things smothered in chocolate (I'm jealous because my current reality is fruit and its really not the same) It's Easter time too which means the greatest chocolate treats exist in Easter egg form and mini eggs are out along with creme eggs and its a great time (I have a stash slowly building). Hot Chocolates are also always a good idea and don't forget all the mini marshmallows too!

Pampering:
You can't have a cosy night in without some sort of pampering now can you?! The list is endless from baths filled with bubbles and your favourite bath bomb or to a simple face mask and painting your nails with your favourite nail polish. Something I always tend to do when catching up with my current fave shows is tint my brows just because I really hate doing it, which is usually followed by some sort of face mask, you can't go wrong with a good 'oul Glam Glow mask to give your skin some TLC. I don't know how it happens but fluffy socks always seem to make an appearance when I'm having a cosy night in, I mean they're essential really am I right?!

While other things like a good 'oul Dominos or a glass of bubbly can also be added in there really is nothing like a good cosy night in your jammies spent surrounded by your favourite things.

How do you spend your cosy nights in?
