<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEilyChovH9byNjsD6ZE51vLUqFaedGEGuYQFl5YgmT3zn7wL7AkOKkqqHvIIsykVCXuMyBajN80XCUd9IDZNjvKCBSbtV2_YZPXnPbaDHTlTeo8bAsMUTzqT3v4UFK7TzYODo6uI9mXXVsV/s1600/IMG_7586.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEilyChovH9byNjsD6ZE51vLUqFaedGEGuYQFl5YgmT3zn7wL7AkOKkqqHvIIsykVCXuMyBajN80XCUd9IDZNjvKCBSbtV2_YZPXnPbaDHTlTeo8bAsMUTzqT3v4UFK7TzYODo6uI9mXXVsV/s1600/IMG_7586.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
2019 for sure saw one of the biggest releases in makeup history when Shane Dawson dropped his makeup collaboration with Jeffree Star and I will say I was HERE for it all! However rewind to that day nothing else was here for me because the only thing I was able to get my hands on back then was the Conspiracy palette...is it March yet for the restock!? </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
If you didn't get caught up in the whole series Shane made around the whole process of the making of this palette, I urge you to go onto youtube right now, grab a drink and a snack and watch it from start to finish! Still to this day it's one of my favourite series and I constantly go back and re-watch it. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiDy2p4zWQY5kdjy80QAKCpn6dg6Ki6k_idU0etB7RavPyjDECGFjXkFkqZKgo0vOdJiKxfg1xWs3E0C71ohh-DDFUK0rgAruAmP5lm-h-JrPz9wknSD6nnvjp8MzF1RzbTtaWARkT0fsi5/s1600/IMG_7572.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiDy2p4zWQY5kdjy80QAKCpn6dg6Ki6k_idU0etB7RavPyjDECGFjXkFkqZKgo0vOdJiKxfg1xWs3E0C71ohh-DDFUK0rgAruAmP5lm-h-JrPz9wknSD6nnvjp8MzF1RzbTtaWARkT0fsi5/s1600/IMG_7572.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The packaging of the palette itself to me just screams Shane and as soon as I seen it I fell in love with it and knew it wouldn't be in my makeup drawers hidden away but instead would be out on a shelf on display, which is exactly where it has lived since it arrived in my possession last year! I absolutely adore everything about the packaging and inside is even better, consisting of 18 shades that are all a win in my eyes it's a palette that I absolutely adore the look of.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiulp_ZZafp8hTTDBqr5YT0SK1FqQ7nRLtxH0ppiLkWZnbt2-69BHFT43FFzN5nFUMPHRHmlyNgtS-KGKMRQBGfilo5HJxPGRLU62RiPniIoyHoHphQFHIbiu4NgwXFPQi9lnMadUxymGLV/s1600/IMG_7577.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiulp_ZZafp8hTTDBqr5YT0SK1FqQ7nRLtxH0ppiLkWZnbt2-69BHFT43FFzN5nFUMPHRHmlyNgtS-KGKMRQBGfilo5HJxPGRLU62RiPniIoyHoHphQFHIbiu4NgwXFPQi9lnMadUxymGLV/s1600/IMG_7577.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEim6YP67cHYxuWyFcE-SW-c4HRxcFCmhHqm5Mdtx7AIhBwloB9LOpe3U6fGuDmsIqG-ziULKuoQNNin3Q-LskfU7BhnH_mtUS6fVGplwCj5D3k1dYb_F5SEu3Bpc5tCaedlDAixEB7FD5AE/s1600/IMG_7590.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEim6YP67cHYxuWyFcE-SW-c4HRxcFCmhHqm5Mdtx7AIhBwloB9LOpe3U6fGuDmsIqG-ziULKuoQNNin3Q-LskfU7BhnH_mtUS6fVGplwCj5D3k1dYb_F5SEu3Bpc5tCaedlDAixEB7FD5AE/s1600/IMG_7590.jpg" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The colours are very pigmented which I expected nothing less as I have tried Jeffree's previous palettes and the shadow formula are fabbbb! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I will admit when I was watching the series the colours in the palette had me a little iffy especially at the yellow but the colour pay off is so good and the palette itself has made me step out of my usual colour routines and experiment with some colours that I would normally never ever pick. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
As much as I absolutely adore the palette I will admit I don't pick for it an awful lot, part of me is because I think I just don't want to ruin it while the other is I think although it does make me step out of my comfort zone with the colours if I'm not feeling it on the day I aint choosing it. Like I said yes it's absolutely stunning but for me it is more of a show piece than something I use a lot. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
There is a restock coming in March and although I haven't used this palette as much as I thought I would you already know I'ma try get my hands on the Mini Controversy palette and the lipstick shade 'Are You Filming'.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Did you get anything from the Shane x Jeffree collection?</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
xo.</div>

Benefit Hydrating Porefessional Primer<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiMN1CGQUSa36WMNRwWAzVi1RCAFQNTvne-ydz5hG0mHjL_BfPiaGs764ea7x9b-sgpfHHrW3cIgEuW6Hy8qzJMhUGJaY4Tw4EEX1V-KZdv2RXzx-AYFcyLjIiih6t883dHeAB4D444SV7A/s1600/IMG_7548.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiMN1CGQUSa36WMNRwWAzVi1RCAFQNTvne-ydz5hG0mHjL_BfPiaGs764ea7x9b-sgpfHHrW3cIgEuW6Hy8qzJMhUGJaY4Tw4EEX1V-KZdv2RXzx-AYFcyLjIiih6t883dHeAB4D444SV7A/s1600/IMG_7548.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
It's been years since the last time I purchased a Benefit product. Not that I've anything against the brand it was just one of those that I grew away from and moved onto others. Back in the day when Benefit was the only brand I cared for my holy grail was the Professional primer, I used to save my wages up for it and make sure I ALWAYS had one spare at hand incase I ever ran out of it suddenly! So when I heard about them releasing a hydrating formula to the range they caught my attention. Obviously from when I used to use the original primer back when I was in my teens my skin has changed and the original eventually just wasn't doing much for my dry skin anymore, so I decided to give the Hydration one a whirl.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj9C3z0W7fRxIFGt4AJDOmeMEuEh_AVjxu8MqIg5rBJQTzTST-Uael7X-Oom3arjo_fbPob9pKZGOEpYJwCV-SbECNhenuI_y2hScJyjqgT2Bj6BOwiWzlNveyYkZWVYGjNRAzqkScDVi4w/s1600/IMG_7556.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj9C3z0W7fRxIFGt4AJDOmeMEuEh_AVjxu8MqIg5rBJQTzTST-Uael7X-Oom3arjo_fbPob9pKZGOEpYJwCV-SbECNhenuI_y2hScJyjqgT2Bj6BOwiWzlNveyYkZWVYGjNRAzqkScDVi4w/s1600/IMG_7556.jpg" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Sticking to their original formula, the primer itself is nude toned and silicone based however with this new formula it contains Hyaluronic Acid and Shea Butter.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
When applied I must say it does feel like it spreads a lot better and easier than the original primer did. However that could also be just me forgetting how the other one worked as I haven't used it in years. So the Hydrating formula has been working really well for my skin, it's keeping my makeup in tact all day and not allowing my foundation to stick to any dry areas on my skin and by the end of the day my skin doesn't feel horrible from wearing makeup all day. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br />
I haven't changed anything in my normal everyday makeup routine except for my Primer and I must say I do genuinely feel like this is giving my foundation a better chance at staying on my skin during the day. Although I do find primers that I use genuinely good a good few I've noticed my makeup slips from my chin and around my nose however with this I feel like its helping pro-long the wear especially around those areas which is such a plus!<br />
<br />
I only picked this up to try in the mini form which will set you back €15 but I do love the idea of minis just because I feel you can get a good bit of use out of them to give you an idea as too if you like it or don't and if you want to venture into adding it too your makeup collection, the full sized will set you back €35.<br />
<br />
I've really enjoyed using this primer and for sure can see myself purchasing the full sized product in the very near future. If like me you haven't bought a Benefit product in absolute years and are intrigued by this one I'm telling you now grab one and give it a try you won't regret it!<br />
<br />

<div style="text-align: center;">
Psssst....you find it meeting The Jonas Brothers!<br />
<br />
This is literally going to be the quickest/shortest post I've ever wrote but I basically just need to get it all out of my system<br />
<br />
I MET THE GOD DAMN JONAS BROTHERS *continues sobbing since it happened*<br />
<br />
and then continued to watch them perform their Happiness Begins Tour in 2020 *still sobs*<br />
<br />
I told them I loved them, showed them my 'Happiness Begins' tattoo, thanked them for coming and whatever other words left my mouth that day (shoutout to poor Nick who asked me to repeat myself because he couldn't understand me) and then asked could we do a pose which I'm sure you can gather what's happening above but if not basically Joe is my fave and always has been since I laid eyes on them back all those years ago! Literally my 14 year old self is dead!<br />
<br />
Such a great way too start off the New Year, yes it happened on the 31.01.2020 literally the last day of January but it still set off my New Year for sure!<br />
<br />
Catch me with this photo on every social media network possible along with it on every object I own, brb off to print it a million times.<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhoeVnpLcfkEzmX7EmsJMIIi4snM63dLNMmyYM23H199GRNQz1MQxrVvuL7Dl104aZ3BAZ4dL33lzBGdG_iU5GxWBFyu4Ohyphenhyphen9FO9RxMEZr82YNyior7y3Ce6JHXp2j1wkB3nKa027N3g0fR/s1600/67CA4DB0-DBE9-429A-B70B-4F9CDECB01C9-2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1200" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhoeVnpLcfkEzmX7EmsJMIIi4snM63dLNMmyYM23H199GRNQz1MQxrVvuL7Dl104aZ3BAZ4dL33lzBGdG_iU5GxWBFyu4Ohyphenhyphen9FO9RxMEZr82YNyior7y3Ce6JHXp2j1wkB3nKa027N3g0fR/s1600/67CA4DB0-DBE9-429A-B70B-4F9CDECB01C9-2.jpg" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
It's the 28th of January which means my lil Sheldon is 6 years of age *throws confetti into the air*</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I've been going around everyone telling them how my son is now an O.A.P and ima have to get him a Zimmer frame so he can be like the little old man from "UP" because in Guinea Pig years he's actually 108. Which I honestly don't know who comes up with ages in animals because in my head he's still 6 (and an old age pensioner....time to apply for that free bus pass now hun) </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Six years sounds like a long time but it doesn't feel like six years ago when this hair ball came into my life and has put a smile on my face everyday since. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So of course to celebrate balloons were bought along with an obnoxiously large '6' balloon because Sheldon clearly appreciates them all and didn't just care about what food he had got or the birthday cake that was sat right in front of his face as I was snapping these photos....</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj8mO5ZZWNIrL7zFOV_D0Fe7llKp_lxDNiTNAv4GPMuH6kzim1LTU7VUeSPxmyS80enjsDEYDSPp0vgsZkK1sM8N4baLb-MinTEuB1i34HlT7lSwgoEtI2CdD2fU04bVboboanC6GfNDuVw/s1600/D2DEA3FD-608C-48F6-BD59-1C6AE2E256D9-2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1566" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj8mO5ZZWNIrL7zFOV_D0Fe7llKp_lxDNiTNAv4GPMuH6kzim1LTU7VUeSPxmyS80enjsDEYDSPp0vgsZkK1sM8N4baLb-MinTEuB1i34HlT7lSwgoEtI2CdD2fU04bVboboanC6GfNDuVw/s1600/D2DEA3FD-608C-48F6-BD59-1C6AE2E256D9-2.jpg" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
He's spent the evening surrounding by all the treats he could ever want and as I'm typing this out he's for sure having a fat nap from over indulging in cake! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
As always trying to get even two decent photos was a struggle and my camera roll is a whole different story, if you ever tried to take a photo of a pet you deffo know what I'm talking about!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
However he's cute af and I love him a lot so I just spend hours taking photos hoping for the best while he totally ignores me and just eats....six years and nothing has changed really so *shrugs*</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Happy 6th Birthday lil boy, I adore you!</div>

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi5o7w8snG7dv-HzFClg7Nkrufa_ArFRdpec_7obmmKPHNI5vukdvB-lfENKBdeUiq3aipNypma9mcfj6sBJv0_Y96_QNfnyoHTGhfvyoMOcLQIgwv43p2_04pNX9mZ9lGhQonJQtvfTFQw/s1600/IMG_7565.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi5o7w8snG7dv-HzFClg7Nkrufa_ArFRdpec_7obmmKPHNI5vukdvB-lfENKBdeUiq3aipNypma9mcfj6sBJv0_Y96_QNfnyoHTGhfvyoMOcLQIgwv43p2_04pNX9mZ9lGhQonJQtvfTFQw/s1600/IMG_7565.jpg" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Back at Christmas I got a Kindle as I had started to read again and had been wanting to get one so I could really get back into reading properly. Since getting it I feel like its part of me, literally it comes everywhere with me and when I forget it at home I always feel lost without it! Like I just struggle to put it down which I find so good because before it was my Phone and in reality I just don't want to be on social media 24/7 like it genuinely gets boring! Over the last few years I fell out of love with reading, I just was never able to pick up a paperback and read it without getting distracted by my phone within the first five minutes, and then once I put the book down I'd never pick it back up.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This year though that's all changed! Yes I'm well aware it's still only January but I've read more books since December than I have in about 6 years combined. So today I thought I'd do a little list of the books that were hard to put down and that I couldn't stop reading, eventually getting to the end and then being sad because I've read it so fast!<br />
<br />
I also have Kindle Unlimited where most of these books are and honestly its the best darn subscription I have, there's so many books available to read and I got a whole three months for just 99p so I actually don't have to start paying for it properly until March which is when it is then £7.99 a month and it's definitely a subscription I'll be keeping!<br />
When it comes to books I love me a good 'oul soppy romance novel which is basically what all these books are going to be below! I promise I'll branch out into different genres eventually!<br />
Theres no spoilers in any of these mentions - but if like me and you love a young adult romance book with a bit of lol's thrown in then definitely give these titles a try.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<h4>
1. Big Sexy Love by Kirsty Greenwood</h4>
This was the very first book I read when I got my kindle and I instantly fell in love with it. A story about a girl who steps out of her comfort zone and goes to New York in favour of her Best Friend to find her Best Friends one who got away! *sings Katy Perry immediately* Consisting of mis-matched friendships, a friendship that'll have you crying and a whole bunch of laughs. Kirsty Greenwood has quickly become one of my favourite Authors and I had another book of hers lined up to read immediately after finishing this one.<br />
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<h4>
2. 10 Blind Dates by Ashley Elston</h4>
This book was actually gifted too me as a Christmas gift from the lovely <a href="http://hannahheartss.co.uk/" target="_blank">Hannah at Hannah Heartss</a> which was such a cute surprise. This was the cutest book I've read. So if you like To All The Boys I've Loved think that and then throw in some more cute and Christmas! A book consisting of a huge family setting up different dates for someone who's just broken up with their Boyfriend, from the out of the blue dates, to normal dates and to just plain crazy kinds of dates arranged...oh and make it Christmas. Did I mention this book has a Christmas theme? (If you know Hannah it wouldn't be a surprise as too why the book had that theme) I absolutely loved the main character and the storyline throughout! While you can probably predict the ending half way through reading the book it's in the best way possible because you find yourself completely rooting for something to happen right up until the end! Although it has a Christmas element too it I'd still recommend reading this at anytime of the year. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<h4>
3. His Royal Highness by R.S Grey</h4>
<div>
So the first thing I'ma mention here is R.S Grey is my new favourite author of all time (thanks Hannah for the recommendation!!) Out of all the books I've read so far this year, she's wrote about 80% of them, her writing is just so good!! I literally sat down one Sunday morning to read this book and by the afternoon I had finished it all and I was so mad because I'd like another 8 books and 5 films surrounding this entire storyline please!!!! Think Disneyland, Princes, Princesses, Love Triangles and everything in between.... minus Mickey Mouse and you have THE CUTEST STORY YOU'LL HAVE EVER READ!!!!!! I genuinely can't even describe this book without giving anything away because I immediately want to tell you the whole plot along with the beginning and the ending so basically please do yourself a favour and read this book because I promise you will not be disappointed at all! </div>

<h4>
4. That Second Chance by Meghan Quinn </h4>
<div>
This was a book I decided to read because the cover intrigued me along with seeing a few people on my timeline actually mention it, really doesn't take much convincing for a book to make it to my 'too read' list. This story was so wonderful and I absolutely adored all of the characters included inside of it. Set in a cute little small town the new girl arrives into town in a not so normal situation introducing her to someone who she ends up seeing all over town due to his many brothers with a really impecable genetic gene by the sounds of it. The story follows a blossoming romance between two people who I can only describe as meant to be....and a curse! (Didn't expect that thrown in now did ya?!) I'm not even kidding when I say this book had me in legit tears, some where from laughing so much at the comedic element while others was pure sobs from happiness and the amount of soppy cute stuff that happened. The authors writing and how she can make a story flow so easily had me reading through this book so quickly that again when I finished it I was sad that there wasn't another 800 pages in the book!</div>
<br />
<h4>
5. Tapping The Billionaire by Max Monroe</h4>
<div>
One of the latest books I've just finished reading, but as soon as I got to chapter three of the book I already knew I was including it in my top five! A story about an online dating website, unwanted dick pics and a billionaire boss. The main character in this book had me loling at her humour every time she was speaking. Will admit this was probably the sauciest book I've read so far, I never read 50 Shades back in the day but reading this sometimes I'd be half morto if I was reading it in public incase somebody was reading it over my shoulder! The story itself though I really enjoyed and it does have you laughing out loud quite a lot. You'll also 100% find yourself swooning over the Billionaire. The only thing about this book was the ending again....BECAUSE IT ENDED!! However there are a few more books linked to this series, they are stand alone ones or there's a whole order to read them in *immediately adds them to my list of books to read*</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Happy New Year!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
When 14 year old me thought about the year 2020 there was flying cars, you could transport anywhere in the world with a click of a button, there was invisible cloaks and all kinds of magic going on yet here is 25 year old me, sat at her desk listening to Spotify and not a single flying car insight. *sighs*</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
2019 was a year of....well a whole lot. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I had concerts galore, spending way too much money on myself, getting my first tattoo, getting my second tattoo, watching Friends for the first time, getting even more tattoos, more concerts, The Jonas Brothers re-uniting, me freaking out about over said Jonas Brothers, me getting a Jonas Brothers tattoo, The Jonas Brothers sharing said tattoo on their instagram, me freaking out, turning 25, attending the Sweetener World Tour, Changing Jobs, drinks, shots, Shane Dawson x Jeffree Star and then Christmas, And of course everything else that happened in between! Basically it was a pretty darn good year. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
And 2020 isn't off to a bad start either as I'm currently counting down to the 31st of January when I finally make 14 year old Jordan's dream come true and I meet The Jonas Brothers *screams*</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I set myself Blog Goals every year and I never complete them or stick to them so this year I haven't set any. The only goal I have set is my GoodReads challenge and I want to try and read a whole 80 books during this year. As of right now I've already finished 2 and I'm moving onto my third! I got a Kindle for Christmas and I've truly enjoyed getting back into reading books again. </div>

<div style="text-align: left;">
Is it really August already? Seriously though this year is going by so quickly I'm starting to feel like that guy in Mean Girls when he rings his mum asking her to pick him up cause he's scared....same hun!!</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
July 26th saw the fifth year here of Darling Jordan. Okay so it wasn't always Darling Jordan, when I first started of course it was something totally different and it did take me two years to buy a domain HOWEVER it's still a thing so I'm going to stick with saying Darling Jordan has been here for five years. Which honestly is the longest hobby I've ever kept too. Yes it's not something I've stuck to constantly, the last two years worth of blog posts will vow to that but I legit just bought my domain for another year so your girl clearly has plans to stick around for another little while I'm guessing.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
While I'm not the most consistent when I do feel like writing or sharing something I love I do really enjoy it and while they may not be anywhere near perfection I still absolutely love taking photos even if its just for Instagram, however they do eventually end up here at some point, but okay now I'm just blabbering. Basically <i>Happy 5th Birthday Darling Jordan, and here's to the next!</i></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<i> _________</i></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<i><br /></i>
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
So you may recall a few posts back (awks its probably like three ) I shared my tattoos that I've accumulated in a small space of time, well your girl only went and got another one to add to her collection (swear I was talking about Pokemon or sum.) On the 1st of July saw me go back into the same tattoo parlour to get my fourth tattoo, literally flashback to January 2019 when I had no tattoos and no intentions of getting any to present August 2019 and I have 4!? Like who actually am I? Anyways incase you didn't see it sprawled all over my social media channels I got myself a Jonas Brothers tattoo. So let me take a quick second to explain The Jonas Brothers were my absolute faves when I was growing up. I'm talking my bedroom walls covered top to bottom in posters and losing my shit at their Burnin Up Tour in 2009. Ofcourse I was absolutely devo when they split but fast forward to 2019 they're back together and the world is saved. Anyway they released their latest album and I decided you know what! I adore these three boys...no wait... men so I'ma get this tattooed on me bc its cute af and I love them...incase I didn't mention that already!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjiK5wuOvdqSeIKkc1aNOnoUAGtszEa0SfAGdQMQly3-tVQpmKZY8s9JP0yGlxItl0mp9hQ-ydsTbt0bfkpFBATyINP8Ici08pTsVJcSjiqt7lKBVVM9elDIuUS0Gz6lVOfiOEWNJlFIogd/s1600/IMG_6722.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1069" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjiK5wuOvdqSeIKkc1aNOnoUAGtszEa0SfAGdQMQly3-tVQpmKZY8s9JP0yGlxItl0mp9hQ-ydsTbt0bfkpFBATyINP8Ici08pTsVJcSjiqt7lKBVVM9elDIuUS0Gz6lVOfiOEWNJlFIogd/s1600/IMG_6722.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
So yeah this is my 'Happiness Begins' tattoo. Now this photo was taken the day after I got it done so my skin is really dry and red and just not cute but it's all healed now and cute and my skin isn't so bumpy so like we're just gonna ignore that part. Pain tolerance wise it honestly wasn't that bad, such a strange thing for me to say but because I know what to expect its not really anything crazy to worry about. I'd say on a scale of 1 - 5 it was a 2.5 it's actually not a bad place to get a tattoo so yeah. Just like my Taylor Swift 'Delicate' tattoo (find pictures <a href="https://www.darlingjordan.com/2019/05/my-tattoos-meanings-pain-aftercare-and.html" target="_blank">here</a>) I scrolled through ALOT of pages of fonts to find the perfect one. I didn't want to reuse the font I had previously got because it just didn't match the vibe and I'm absolutely obsessed with the font that I did get it in. The only thing I will say because of where it is placed I totally forget about it because I can't see it and it's only when I notice my reflection in the mirror or a window or something when I'm like ohmygod forgot about that! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<i> </i></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<i> _________</i></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<i><br /></i></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
So in the picture above you may also notice I'm holding a signed card and it's because 24 year old me is still a big fangirl at heart and before the Happiness Begins album released the boys made a Uk Exclusive bundle that came with a signed card (when I tell you how annoyed I was that they wouldn't ship this too Ireland but it's fine because I got my way around it using a UK address and then getting it to me, long story but kinda not basically just not relevant or important) and of course you already know I was adding that straight to my basket and checking out as quickly as possible. Within a few weeks (literally felt like forever) it finally arrived along with three cassettes and they all now live inside a frame hung with pride on my wall. Slowly but surely 14 year old Jordans bedroom is starting to appear again and I am so TOTALLY okay with it all. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Along with that I lost my shit over the fact that The Jonas Brothers liked my tattoo and shared it onto their Instagram story and still to this day you can find it in their 'Tattoo' highlights! Not even joking though I didn't know how much of a fangirl I still was until this happened I legit couldn't type and I was on the verge of tears. Then the next day after that they liked another one of my posts (quick note this kept happening right before Love Island would start so I'd never be able to pay attention fully to the episode) Then there was a day break aND THEN THE JOE FREAKING JONAS LIKED ONE OF MY TWEETS AND THAT WAS IT, RIGHT THERE IN THAT MOMENT I DIED BECAUSE JOE BLOOMING JONAS WHO IVE BEEN IN LOVE WITH SINCE I WAS 13 YEARS OLD KNEW OF MY EXISTENCE AND THOUGHT MY TWEET REPLY TO HIM WAS FUNNY ENOUGH THAT HE LIKED IT!!!! And then exactly 10 days ago they uploaded an Instagram post and me being my usual fangirl self commented on it AND THEY BLOODY SAW MY COMMENT AND LIKED IT AND I SWEAR THESE BOYS ARE LITERALLY TRYING TO GIVE ME AN ACTUAL HEART ATTACK!!! Can you tell I'm still not over it because I'm honestly still not over it. I'm so blooming excited to see them on tour in January, you can already bet that I'm counting down the days! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjsuqnc_9qAr-kFsWFw-WeISYyJdaWCWyFSzWTFp3AI90v__0IV2tdJK8tdiczEhDpXCRN8jEIjaivKfXCGZXVR-fb1S2kj3zm4V67YeXJ8GX1wpJ0lN7vJ2H3GLzGLwBugRRk5ocX5BG6p/s1600/fullsizeoutput_5a2.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="671" data-original-width="590" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjsuqnc_9qAr-kFsWFw-WeISYyJdaWCWyFSzWTFp3AI90v__0IV2tdJK8tdiczEhDpXCRN8jEIjaivKfXCGZXVR-fb1S2kj3zm4V67YeXJ8GX1wpJ0lN7vJ2H3GLzGLwBugRRk5ocX5BG6p/s1600/fullsizeoutput_5a2.jpeg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
<i> _________</i></div>
<div>
<i><br /></i></div>
<div>
August sees my Birthday month in full swing and to be honest a gal ain't counting down because she's turning 25 and truth be told it sounds way too old so she ain't for it. No like rly can I be like 23 again? Nothing extraordinary happened that year but it just sounds like a good age?! </div>
<div>
However it does mean I get to scroll through my favourite websites for hours creating a little Wishlist of all the fab new things I would like! Although I do feel like the list is currently getting a little out of hand because it's almost like every second thing I see I all of a sudden turn into the seagulls from Nemo and just start thinking... mine, mine, mine!</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Something I am counting down too though is September, specifically the 22nd, 23rd and the 25th as I'm attending Ariana Grandes Sweetener Tour and I am SO EXCITED like I am literally so over the moon to be attending three whole dates of the tour. Yes I already know by the second date I am going to be feeling like absolute death but I am so ready! I have 2/3 outfits bought and ready to go so I've just one more to figure out and ugh I just love planning outfits. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
And now I think that's all my rambling finished, at least for this post. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Until next time!</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: xx-small;">Post contains PR Sample</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Through the month of May I started to take the LQ Liquid Health Supplements for Hair, Skin & Nails*. Supplements and Vitamins are something I am absolutely dreadful at taking, when I was younger I used to be great at taking them but as I started to get older I just kind of gave up on them. However I had heard such great things about these supplements and it seemed that everywhere I went atleast one person would tell me about them, so when they ended up in my letter box I was so excited to see what the hype was about and give them a try for myself. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjcpl4_l5_2w8TdYb-pyIj9mm21Pv5h10rdM4U4MG0ynVLvnVf_ZzPfq8cQ0vQJUUhjKa2aIvYs_3NiM478mRAA2-cwPxO4VhZ4FXzlsXsG5CGpyzn5cg4bgWOLW_qR2gsMnJZpiqvIvPdf/s1600/IMG_6553.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjcpl4_l5_2w8TdYb-pyIj9mm21Pv5h10rdM4U4MG0ynVLvnVf_ZzPfq8cQ0vQJUUhjKa2aIvYs_3NiM478mRAA2-cwPxO4VhZ4FXzlsXsG5CGpyzn5cg4bgWOLW_qR2gsMnJZpiqvIvPdf/s1600/IMG_6553.jpg" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So first of all I am going to say I do get acrylics on so I wasn't really taking these for the nails benefit and my hair is already pretty long and in quite good condition but what I did want these for was the skin benefit. Near mid April my skin started to break out and I was getting little patches of really really dry skin around my nose and mouth area and still to this day I'm not entirely sure what the cause of it was but they just wouldn't leave no matter what I tried. So these came at the best time because I was basically counting on them to help get my skin back to normal. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Each box retails at €39.99 and are available to buy in Boots, each box contains 10 x 50ml bottles that you simply drink one of a day. They aren't the greatest tasting things you'll ever come across but its bearable. Plus there's not a ton in the bottle so you get through it quite quickly. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Each bottle consists of<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , "clean" , sans-serif; font-size: 16px;"> </span><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">Marine Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, Resveratrol, Silicon, Glucosamine, Selenium, Vitamins & Sweetener. Now I'm </span></span><span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">definitely not going to lie and pretend I know what half of those words mean but after enquiring basically there ingredients that are just really good for your skin, hair and nails to make a long story short. </span><br />
<span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"><br /></span>
<span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">I took these for a total of 20 days and I will stand by my word and say I did see a difference in my skin and even my natural nails under my acrylics seem to have just shot up in length which they don't tend to grow that fast usually. My skin has gone back to normal and any red irritated areas have thankfully packed their bags and left my face. I also seen a difference in the over all appearance of my skin as in it didn't feel as tight or dehydrated as it usually would especially after coming out of a shower etc. </span><br />
<span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"><br /></span>
<span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">I have seen these work for so many people and I was slightly iffy as too if they would actually do much if anything for me but after personally seeing the results I'm definitely over the moon. </span><br />
<span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">Yes they're expensive but for a 10 day pack its well worth it if you feel you need a bit of a boost, especially if you want that extra little bit of help regarding skin, hair and nails!</span><br />
<span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"><br /></span>
<span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">I'd full on 100% recommend these and have actually since finishing them ordered myself a box on Boots online using my points because I truly believe they've made a difference to my skin and nails.</span><br />
<span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"><br /></span>
<span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">You can purchase a box for €39.99 on the Boots website <a href="https://www.boots.ie/lq-liquid-health-skin-hair-and-nails-10-x-50ml-bottles-10209856" rel="nofollow">here</a> or alternatively you can get them from the LQ Liquid Health website <a href="https://www.lqliquidhealth.com/product-category/beauty/" rel="nofollow">here</a>!</span><br />

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhn65MRDiaweMJ0FMSwg9RwTBWkg6h13ZLKOdHASZOGFa-BUYwHQwVr3fywnelJHzKXPr54N0vHWlIJNGdONLdE5cStgw6Rj65Kr_ncBcyDNCGGGrlM6EIvRSfLIS43mOco_wxIidHtSXd1/s1600/IMG_6412.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhn65MRDiaweMJ0FMSwg9RwTBWkg6h13ZLKOdHASZOGFa-BUYwHQwVr3fywnelJHzKXPr54N0vHWlIJNGdONLdE5cStgw6Rj65Kr_ncBcyDNCGGGrlM6EIvRSfLIS43mOco_wxIidHtSXd1/s1600/IMG_6412.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Something I cant live without is liquid liner, its such a staple to me and I honestly look so strange without a cat flick on my eye like I literally look ill. So with my little obsession of a good 'oul cat eye it means I'm constantly on the look for a liquid liner thats easy to use, lasts the day and most importantly is waterproof. My eyes are so sensitive the tiniest amount of wind just has to blow and bam Jordans eyes are crying, it's the most annoying thing in the world because it always happens when I need my makeup to stay in place and look nice. Coming into the Summer months when Hayfever decides to pop his head round the corner just makes it worse. So yeah basically I need an eyeliner thats going to stick through all the elements!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
When Too Faced announced they were adding a liquid liner to the Better Than Sex range they had my full attention. I absolutely loved the Better Than Sex mascara and it became a staple a few years ago and then they released it in a waterproof version and I was shook. So an eyeliner had me all on board!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiQIXc2yTt9v5V9HXMotB_-gc6al_XYGsdxEemRtB4pfXB54g7zdCPyAYTjF1Y_EXDKadkoUaHEo6Y3A0HnbVmN0fsn7hkhQfbdcquXJ8wUKXHt2mA3Oa7qjZTmb8AWvSAdYvy-nXAe23U8/s1600/fullsizeoutput_537.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiQIXc2yTt9v5V9HXMotB_-gc6al_XYGsdxEemRtB4pfXB54g7zdCPyAYTjF1Y_EXDKadkoUaHEo6Y3A0HnbVmN0fsn7hkhQfbdcquXJ8wUKXHt2mA3Oa7qjZTmb8AWvSAdYvy-nXAe23U8/s1600/fullsizeoutput_537.jpg" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
They stuck with the original pink and black colour theme even though it's a waterproof formula and the outer packaging was also the iconic pink, gold and black. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So when its comes to liquid liner pens I'm really fussy when it comes to the actual pen that you use. I don't like anything extremely thin or thick it has to be the perfect in-between which thankfully they chose to have. It makes the drawing process so quick and easy. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Something else I also have to have when it comes to a liquid liner is it has to be jet black, I realise this probably sounds strange but some 'black' liners just aren't the greatest when it comes to their pigment pay off. This liner is quite good in the first few uses but I will admit mine has slightly started to lose that intensity which I can accept because it's probably just starting to run out/dry out from the amount of times I've been using it. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Its priced at €22 which I honestly think is a totally fine for an eyeliner that's on the high-endish kinda tier. Although I did like it and can't really fault it I don't see myself running out to re-purchase it just because it's not life changing or something that I could see myself not being able to live without. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I will also say you've to be very carful when putting the lid on as when I took the lid off one day the bristles where all standing out and out of shape so I ended up cutting some off so it wouldn't be drawing all over my eyelid.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
However I would 100% recommend trying it if you're on the market for a good felt tip liner thats very easy to use to get that classic cat eye look. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Have you tried the new Too Faced Liner yet?</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjLJwyrz8gNIkTKRZqEu0jpQwNK21cvV_diSzLwiJiuv0kPuonxv6E_RAOqv9NS-nFiW2LFf6-TeAm6vGUVxG2JHHfzY6whZKahyphenhyphenHf-7QLEJTk_OinURh0h0sYZCwRU_vNrVagXgdRpY5-/s1600/fullsizeoutput_528.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1063" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjLJwyrz8gNIkTKRZqEu0jpQwNK21cvV_diSzLwiJiuv0kPuonxv6E_RAOqv9NS-nFiW2LFf6-TeAm6vGUVxG2JHHfzY6whZKahyphenhyphenHf-7QLEJTk_OinURh0h0sYZCwRU_vNrVagXgdRpY5-/s1600/fullsizeoutput_528.jpg" /></a></div>
2019 seems to have brought out a lil bit of a braveness trait that I had no idea I actually had, but yet here I am typing this with 3 tattoos on my body that I've gotten in the past two months. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Tattoos were something I always wanted but forever knowing how horrendous I am when it comes to pain and thinking that they were always expensive it just was something I always brushed off and would tell myself that I'd get one eventually. Like I was that person in school who'd always whip out a sharpie and draw quotes, hearts and crosses on my arms and hands because I loved how they looked and would think I was gas with my 'tattoos'.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
However the 1st of March this year arrived and I found myself inside a tattoo parlour signing a waiver ready to get my first tattoo at the age of 24.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgJrrUMRgRi3mA4FfNA7w-9ddziGDVpYkk4yjDJAXE1aVa69suaySzmsxi_b3GIPN7jAdiq9zjbypkwevSN8yQiv0_fZud0vTvpXIohQ1HRlZR6dWe0ZGkI9RrELFXilYUnJFenwPhhWqx_/s1600/IMG_6097.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1058" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgJrrUMRgRi3mA4FfNA7w-9ddziGDVpYkk4yjDJAXE1aVa69suaySzmsxi_b3GIPN7jAdiq9zjbypkwevSN8yQiv0_fZud0vTvpXIohQ1HRlZR6dWe0ZGkI9RrELFXilYUnJFenwPhhWqx_/s1600/IMG_6097.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Something I had wanted tattooed on myself for a long time was the number 13, and so for my first tattoo I went ahead and finally got it. On a scale of 1-5 this hurt 0 as it’s so small and it literally only took 3 whole minutes to do. Like I’m not even joking when I say I was shocked when I looked at my arm and realised that the needle was in it like I felt absolutely nothing. There is a few meanings behind this but mainly I class it as a lucky number, it kinda references Taylor Swift and it kind of also references Halloween because so many people treat it as a suspicious number. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Always throughout life I’ve heard people say ‘tattoos are addictive, you get one and you won’t stop’ and in my head I used to be like how on EARTH could you get addicted to that?! I mean you’re willingly putting yourself through pain why would you enjoy that?! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
…huns it’s true…</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I don’t know what it is, maybe the adrenaline or something but literally an hour and a half after getting my dainty little 13 I was straight onto Pinterest looking for inspiration of my next tattoo. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Which brings us onto the 3rd of April, exactly 33 days later when I walked back into the same tattoo parlour to get this.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgMVbec_JXxZDRGpaK6NaMdAu00dyl_AAopgiyjickeP_emVqsUHsa4PN3Mf8lUzDInfAMwJ0EgRGocpDDBMu8aEEcIG8rl_ZZaVPD_8gAJ8A-mDN_vUZiBKckxOJXBqfYPb0W5ETLzBbQ3/s1600/IMG_6395.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1067" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgMVbec_JXxZDRGpaK6NaMdAu00dyl_AAopgiyjickeP_emVqsUHsa4PN3Mf8lUzDInfAMwJ0EgRGocpDDBMu8aEEcIG8rl_ZZaVPD_8gAJ8A-mDN_vUZiBKckxOJXBqfYPb0W5ETLzBbQ3/s1600/IMG_6395.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
So incase you don’t know, I adore Halloween, basically it’s like my Christmas. I’ll decorate, buy all </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
the sweets, spend all my wages on more decorations and even dress up. So yeah I love Spooky season and decided to get a tattoo as an ode to my favourite holiday. Featuring a human hand with acrylic stiletto nails (me basically) and a skeleton hand doing a pinky promise. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
So yeah this is just a little ode to Halloween really</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
As for pain and time, this took 45 minutes and at times it did sting, the inside outline of the human hand burned which wasn’t a nice feeling but I’d rate it like a 2 out of 5 because it wasn’t unbearable just a little stingy. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Finally a whole 23 days later, the same tattoo parlour saw me again but this time for a little bit of script that I wanted.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiOzGByNyl5cNjXsURfVV_CirEcuAV1Ds_RJmOUDNekVG0wAhznS78wT0PNroIbYgsFOlMAnYHpevUUpQDSW7gEudTR5MuMDDqybx6MwFV2Z4z3MC3rl2m8nh2rW4HpCOXW8EdP6R-ktU-X/s1600/IMG_6392.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiOzGByNyl5cNjXsURfVV_CirEcuAV1Ds_RJmOUDNekVG0wAhznS78wT0PNroIbYgsFOlMAnYHpevUUpQDSW7gEudTR5MuMDDqybx6MwFV2Z4z3MC3rl2m8nh2rW4HpCOXW8EdP6R-ktU-X/s1600/IMG_6392.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Taylor Swift is my favourite singer and last Friday she released her new single 'Me' marking the start of the TS7 era. So I wanted to kind of mark the end of the Reputation era and celebrate the start of the new one by getting lyrics from my favourite song off the Reputation album. I found the font on the Dafont website and fell in love with it because I wanted something that looked Delicate to match the lyrics. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The longest part of this was the placement of the stencil. Just because of how I wanted it placed it took some time to get it dead straight. The tattoo itself took about 25 minutes and the pain wasn’t bad at all, again just a little sting especially the ‘T’ ‘s but other than that it was fine. I’d say a 1 out of 5 because again it was nothing unbearable. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
As for aftercare every one is different so make sure you follow your tattoo artists after care instructions! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
What I've been using (as advised too) and what's been working for me and its what I've been using on all three of my tattoos after getting them done / during the healing process was washing with warm water (don't leave them soaking in a bath), cleaning with Water Wipes and moisturising with Hustle Butter. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Something that's new to my after care routine (only currently using on my 13 as its the only tattoo fully healed at the moment) is the Electric Ink Vibrancy Serum which helps keep the ink looking fresh and true to colour. As I've only been using it on my 13 I can't say much yet as it's my smallest tattoo but I will let you know if it helps the larger ones when they're healed. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
If you're thinking of getting a tattoo Pinterest is full of so many ideas and I'm literally on the website everyday looking for more inspiration. Like seriously make yourself a little board to pin everything too because there are just so many ideas! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Of course I already have my next one planned however its going to be slightly delayed and I more than likely will not be getting one next month (as the last few have happened every month after payday) as I've three concerts planned and a girl needs to fake tan! Shout out to me for surviving 3 whole months without putting tan on. (Something you're not able to do for at least 2/3 weeks after getting a tattoo) </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Have you got any tattoos or are you planning on getting any?</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
With Spring in the air and the weather treating us like it's Summer, I love changing up some items in my beauty routine. Things such as lipsticks, foundations, eyeshadows and fragrances. Today I decided to share the perfume I've been spritzing non stop lately! Diptyque is a brand that I only tried back at Christmas when I got the <span style="font-family: "georgia" , serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: italic;">L’ombre dans L’eau and Baies gift set </span><span style="font-family: "georgia" , serif; font-size: 16px;">which was and still is very much loved. </span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjs5cjzICH8tIKrbCj_eG53cDnctAEE3FrXshwsWgPac2wbTgxah_MMJ5RTNTWCK1BWnUGrp2iOr5XHh_Y5B2ld3j1DuyoGd-YNlHjfdKxtSmked2uee52-oVI2oc6Hmoh1UsC37IhD-lYu/s1600/IMG_6043.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjs5cjzICH8tIKrbCj_eG53cDnctAEE3FrXshwsWgPac2wbTgxah_MMJ5RTNTWCK1BWnUGrp2iOr5XHh_Y5B2ld3j1DuyoGd-YNlHjfdKxtSmked2uee52-oVI2oc6Hmoh1UsC37IhD-lYu/s1600/IMG_6043.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Back when Valentines Day rolled around Diptyque had done a range for Valentines and me being the easiest person to sell anything too with cute packaging ended up buying a perfume and a candle without even knowing what they smelt like. However I absolutely adore anything Rose scented and had one of those treat yourself moments (I have a lot of those, anybody else) and added them to my overly-full basket and used my good 'oul pal credit card to check out. *face palm* It arrived in a pretty little purple box with different coloured roses scattered across the box. I did only pick up the 30ml as the fragrances themselves aren't the cheapest things you'll come across and also for the fact that I hadn't even smelt it so I was taking a risk ordering it incase I didn't like it. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Side note, the candle I bought was the Damascena scent which is just like the perfume only slightly sweeter because of the honey scent added into it.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
When it burns it literally only takes a couple of minutes for the gorgeous scent to fill the room. Like Jo Malone they do 'travel sized' candles along with their full sized range, which I do think is a great idea as you're getting to try scents without having to commit to the full size and dropping €60. Honestly never thought I would become the person who is totally fine with dropping that much money on a candle, like something you literally burn...but here we are I guess.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhMpMT7sJ4WgXv80lTF5vtXciyjdnZfAGbCtWCK9uNqmC4JUm0BeNp9rYzORxDHO0wvq7EHTQwkpqyOXFExZmmGCBOtoLyAAIQntVp-7nkYszc-0lmaCaF6Ou7WDQQHqYQ56OSGdQgjn4l9/s1600/IMG_6039.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhMpMT7sJ4WgXv80lTF5vtXciyjdnZfAGbCtWCK9uNqmC4JUm0BeNp9rYzORxDHO0wvq7EHTQwkpqyOXFExZmmGCBOtoLyAAIQntVp-7nkYszc-0lmaCaF6Ou7WDQQHqYQ56OSGdQgjn4l9/s1600/IMG_6039.jpg" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So I'm not sure if y'all have ever tried to describe a fragrance through writing, and I'm absolutely no good when it comes to it but I'm about to try my very best and hope that my 1am brain (hi I'm currently writing this at an hour where I'm normally asleep but your girl is on a 10 day holiday from work and plans on messing up her sleep routine one night at a time) can handle forming something that actually makes sense.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So picture yourself in the biggest Rose Garden on a Summers day (hopefully you don't have hay fever, if you do, girl I feel ya) and its just jam-packed with all kinds of roses, birds are singing and you're truly and fully content at that moment...thats what this perfume smells like. Literally like putting your face right into the largest rose bouquet possible! The most delicate Rose scented fragrance I've ever come across to be honest. It's not too in your face and it settles so beautifully. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
When purchasing this I opted for the 30ml edt and my god it lasts absolutely hours for an edt spray. I've already used half the bottle, although it's probably because when I spray perfumes I'm a little over generous with the amount of times I spray it.. The few scents I have tried from Diptyque so far I've absolutely loved and because of how long they last and how strong they are (candles included) I could definitely see myself buying their full sized products.<br />
<br />
I also have to mention their packaging, because its so simple but so stunning. As its a see through bottle instead of when it's turned on it's back and just seeing a plain white label sticker they make their labels double sided so the back always has some sort of picture to match the scent, so the back of the label is just full of roses, where as my other one is a picture of a swan in a lake. Such small details like this that may seem un-important really leave the brand in your mind because you just know they put so much effort into the production. Simple things like that do be so effective and kind of makes me fall in love with brands more!<br />
<br />
Have you tried any Diptyque products?<br />
<br />

Well hello, it's been a hot minute where your gal just disappeared from the blog (again I know I know) but hey again! Not even going to start that whole excuse of why I haven't blogged and how this time I'm back because I change my mind every twenty seconds and to be honest I'll be shocked if I even write out this whole blog post in one sitting.<br />
<br />
*update* I wrote the top part about 6 days ago, knew I wouldn't write it all in one sitting *rolls eyes*Anyways lets see how far I get this time around. So I decided to go through my camera roll and tell you all what I've gotten up to since last month until this very day so lets get right into it!<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjlFiOmga5WfOnigaOsBvD09jTG1Ait-XSjk9IjLb1oU8BCvgjoJ48e_wGKUhNmrZhTVuUMPNe6Ic0jV3ahEF-g4HxKy5-Mge0fF23Ar3UAkgEJcIaNO6DOyxO66ilyLvO_1BTwGK86kcc/s1600/Untitled+collage-2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="753" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjlFiOmga5WfOnigaOsBvD09jTG1Ait-XSjk9IjLb1oU8BCvgjoJ48e_wGKUhNmrZhTVuUMPNe6Ic0jV3ahEF-g4HxKy5-Mge0fF23Ar3UAkgEJcIaNO6DOyxO66ilyLvO_1BTwGK86kcc/s1600/Untitled+collage-2.jpg" /></a></div>
On the first of March I finally got my first tattoo. I have always wanted a tattoo and was that person in secondary school who was always writing on my arm or wrist because I was obsessed with the look of having something on your skin. So I finally decided to be brave and went into a tattoo parlour and came out with something I have wanted for many years. I have been drawing the number '13' on me for many years I have photos dated back to 2010 with it drawn somewhere on me. Although I do consider it my lucky number its also a little ode to my all time favourite artist Taylor Swift. I got it very small and dainty as I didn't want it huge and I do love how small and pretty it is.<br />
<br />
I placed a little H&M order for all of the Ariana Grande march they're currently stocking because my wardrobe was missing a bit of Ari in it. Although I do have two items from the Dangerous Woman tour the Sweetener/Thank U Next era is my current fave and decided it was about time to have some new items with more up to date pictures. I honestly don't think I will ever grow out of the fangirl life phase, like its been going on since I was 16 and now I'm 24. It's definitely not as intense as it was when I was a teenager but you'll never find me not wearing some sort of merch *sassy emoji girl*<br />
<br />
I also done a huge shop on PrettyLittleThing but my favourite purchase of all were definitely these boots which I have worn on a night out and they are honestly the comfiest things Ive ever worn. And I'm slightly obsessed with them so thought they deserved their own little mention. Full on think the yellow laces made them stand out for me and that's why I bought them because normally I'm not a yellow kind of person as the colour just really doesn't suit me, but I adore the colour contrast of the bright colour against the black suede.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjWbH8w_TU3zhwqbw6Sqhwfnj0B7W1pqj8c8Xr6ejvJGzd3Hrty8xdxKhOl8hHOawi4f3n7ohocNeLt-bYhHe7YhpmLnvW92QoE6Z7wu9UZGx4ZnI3hoCportJyvzxJokTFnqHV1V4CL9uA/s1600/Untitled+collage-3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="798" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjWbH8w_TU3zhwqbw6Sqhwfnj0B7W1pqj8c8Xr6ejvJGzd3Hrty8xdxKhOl8hHOawi4f3n7ohocNeLt-bYhHe7YhpmLnvW92QoE6Z7wu9UZGx4ZnI3hoCportJyvzxJokTFnqHV1V4CL9uA/s1600/Untitled+collage-3.jpg" /></a></div>
I've started watching Friends, right from the start for the very first time in my life. Its great but also very stressful, because Ross & Rachel are no longer together and I'm stressed about it! I'm currently on Season 5 and I honestly do not know how I've went all my life without having this show in my life. Literally any spare time I have lately you'll find me with a drink in hand (mostly alcoholic) with Friends on Netflix. I mean perfect nights though if you ask me?!<br />
<br />
I drank alot in March and discovered my love for Pink Gin (yes thats a cosmopolitan pictured but I'm still going to talk about gin, drink responsibly folks!) Literally thats all I really have to say about that. Now I'm wondering was there even a point in adding that in there but oh well.<br />
<br />
My work best friend left and went to a new job but before she did she made me a 'survival kit' to basically survive work without her and I legit thought it was the sweetest but also funniest thing ever. Consisting of tissues, sweets, alcohol and Rescue Remedy along with other things everything had a meaning as to why it was part of the kit which she had explained in the card. I may have been very excited about the Friends mug and tote bag to be honest though, like I legit freaked about them.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhO9021jA9US7aCjChw-8oXfdKsovZTi_VUpH8YpCZ5ap6gMHISDbUd_ejYw048nWvIPnAl6I-WWTauPLEerSZvSZwcC1BJ3LvIL6B62vT-aasxy9jYmrdgXI8UM1dGmg9d8TDXCacBUOg9/s1600/Untitled+collage-4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="682" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhO9021jA9US7aCjChw-8oXfdKsovZTi_VUpH8YpCZ5ap6gMHISDbUd_ejYw048nWvIPnAl6I-WWTauPLEerSZvSZwcC1BJ3LvIL6B62vT-aasxy9jYmrdgXI8UM1dGmg9d8TDXCacBUOg9/s1600/Untitled+collage-4.jpg" /></a></div>
A night out (which is very rare for me) with friends to celebrate one of us getting a new job. I legit don't know what else to write other than here's what I wore...I'm getting really bad at these. The top is from Pretty Little Thing along with the boots which were featured above. The jeans are Boohoo and the belt is from Primark.<br />
<br />
I've spent many nights in front of my tv watching friends and obviously with another 5 seasons to go there will be plenty of photos like this appearing in the near future. Although as of where I am right now in the series I full on feel like I could write a blog post about how the fact Ross and Rachel not being together has ruined my life....not to be dramatic but true tho.<br />
<br />
Did I mention I'm obsessing over Pink Gin?! Legit lads y'all gotta get on this stuff because my lord it is beautiful. I've legit not touched a vodka and coke since trying this.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjq6KiMo7Rrli4LpcXryv9dBNdA9T3XXCokvuCuSmbIJzAYV_Bodx992Y3HuHAtW8Y5XgXfS43pb3t5T9wYSgccrW1VCZZZAqQsqmaG0G1QOY1QobUR6Yu_9XzyQ-EzoMd98o4mcYgO4ZNd/s1600/Untitled+collage-5.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="454" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjq6KiMo7Rrli4LpcXryv9dBNdA9T3XXCokvuCuSmbIJzAYV_Bodx992Y3HuHAtW8Y5XgXfS43pb3t5T9wYSgccrW1VCZZZAqQsqmaG0G1QOY1QobUR6Yu_9XzyQ-EzoMd98o4mcYgO4ZNd/s1600/Untitled+collage-5.jpg" /></a></div>
Myself and Sheldon celebrated being roomies for 5 whole years on April Fools Day. Its so strange to even think of a time before this little guy to be honest. He's just a ball of happiness and just looking at him makes my heart melt. I mean just look at his little face!!! What we're going to ignore in this photo is how wrong the foundation shade I wore this day was. I'm currently not able to wear tan and yeah I must have picked my tan foundation up by mistake because my god that doesn't blend in hun it don't look natural.<br />
<br />
I celebrated my tattoo being a month old...by taking a photo and planning my next one *idk* This photo was actually taken as it was going to be the last time my arm looked like this with just a cute little lonely 13 on my arm because you guessed it...<br />
<br />
which brings us onto the next photo, on the 3rd of April your girl got her second tattoo. So the 13 was something obviously I always wanted but it also gave me an idea of how it felt to get a tattoo...I want to just say that it was false advertisement but I mean its kind of self explanatory. My 13 took exactly three minutes while my second tattoo took a whole 45 minutes and yes it felt a lot different. However I am OBSESSED with it and it can be linked in with the 13 for a different reason.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjd906nWgu_2sE_bd_Zt-ROLnlYrFZRAfOJMS7H4-gxveIR2vHB8ZzQh8l30Ut2KkKsfVlf8ElHouN9yktuUB0ai0RXXJihkW39XVMYZbVjcnKUlmr1xsA000svyKaT5pwCSQZAAuOxxc53/s1600/Untitled+collage-7.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="542" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjd906nWgu_2sE_bd_Zt-ROLnlYrFZRAfOJMS7H4-gxveIR2vHB8ZzQh8l30Ut2KkKsfVlf8ElHouN9yktuUB0ai0RXXJihkW39XVMYZbVjcnKUlmr1xsA000svyKaT5pwCSQZAAuOxxc53/s1600/Untitled+collage-7.jpg" /></a></div>
So yeah the 3rd of April saw the day I got my second tattoo which is a human hand and a skeleton hand doing a pinky promise. This is an ode to my love for Halloween and all things spooky. I am beyond OBSESSED with the design and still to this day I cannot stop looking at it *all the heart eyes* Like I said above this actually took 45 minutes to do and it did sting. The inside line of the human hand actually full on burnt like it was really bad, the skeleton hand was grand and the rest just stung a little. It has not put me off getting another one though as I'm already planning on getting another one next month. I don't know how or why but I now know why people say you can get addicted to them because not even joking a day after this one I was already thinking of what else I'd like. I do have my one for next month planned and its not halloween related and I'm so super excited to get it.<br />
<br />
And there you have it, we're all caught up!<br />
Did you get up too anything interesting over the past month?<br />
<br />
xo.<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Happy Galentines Day lovelies! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
February 13th has arrived and of course your girl has treated herself bc if I don't who will?! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I mean the past two years I've treated myself so I decided may aswell make it three years running...amiright?! So this year I decided to show you all what I treated myself to this year because who doesn't love a nosey at what other people are buying. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiEh5NWjLbNfJU2Yrrb-I4ZI1qcN_CJtpULrCCNdZl5-Y7vrb3GZIwtHN_JsRB7Hu7K8nkm4rzxxEkKJHPGG2tMzW1Xnr4QTZC_t-a2xP8akm-m_B3oynbX927nX-25xStkuHrJ9_Aoq7iD/s1600/jyiNEOeUSTaEpGTcNqeCjA_thumb_227d.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1086" data-original-width="724" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiEh5NWjLbNfJU2Yrrb-I4ZI1qcN_CJtpULrCCNdZl5-Y7vrb3GZIwtHN_JsRB7Hu7K8nkm4rzxxEkKJHPGG2tMzW1Xnr4QTZC_t-a2xP8akm-m_B3oynbX927nX-25xStkuHrJ9_Aoq7iD/s1600/jyiNEOeUSTaEpGTcNqeCjA_thumb_227d.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
So of course I started with my faves latest fragrance release, Cloud has FINALLY made its way over to the Uk and Ireland and you already know I love me an Ariana Grande fragrance. So I decided to welcome Cloud into my ever growing fragrance collection. The scent for Cloud is very different to her previous scents, it's not as sweet and its a little more stronger and fruity based and I'm not going to lie when I first sprayed it I wasn't too sure on it but I didn't really mind if I didn't like it because I still wanted it (I realise that sounds bad I don't have money too burn I'm very bad with money, but I wanted the new fragrance because I have all the others on display so wanted to add this to the lil family.) But I'm so obsessed with the packaging its so cute and pretty I love it. But yeah the scent it's grown on me, it's not my favourite and I do rather the old scents but I still like it. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The next thing I decided to treat myself too was another Jo Malone candle. So my work bestie bought me a Jo Malone candle as part of my 24th birthday gift and only two weeks ago I finally started burning it (it hurt though bc it was so new and fresh and pretty but anyways). So because I started burning that one I decided you know what lets add another to my collection. So I picked up the Peony and Blush Suede candle and guys oh my god I freaked out when I opened the box the candle was wrapped in because...they include a box of black matches. Like I don't know why I got so excited about this but I did and I'm still a lil shook tbh because aesthetic but also the most extra unnecessary thing ever!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Something I fell in love with real quick when I seen it on ASOS was a spell book (ya'll know how much I absolutely adore Halloween) called 'Hex Your Ex' I mean just look at how pretty that is, like is that not the prettiest book you've ever seen in your life?! And it's a blooming Spell Book like guys get on my level. Theres love spells, money spells, good heath spells etc included inside and I'm obsessed with how girly and halloweeny it is I love it. Quick disclaimer though, I don't actually believe in the spells and you will not find me sitting in a circle with candles lighting around me mumbling some spells, it's just not my thing fam but if it's you, you do you booboo. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh_mnsCDHyrmuo73olACO6DGL8dSA2yG0aSMtwVo4bNIOkW6RiCoB1kvWjJGJLKgUsnfc46V29FBohSrVp0EKU0EFodoYcItnd2JcXcG6c-ZRap1-nzTNwSqY4CPVduomgoanpDNUmK3QqJ/s1600/UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_227f.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="724" data-original-width="1086" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh_mnsCDHyrmuo73olACO6DGL8dSA2yG0aSMtwVo4bNIOkW6RiCoB1kvWjJGJLKgUsnfc46V29FBohSrVp0EKU0EFodoYcItnd2JcXcG6c-ZRap1-nzTNwSqY4CPVduomgoanpDNUmK3QqJ/s1600/UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_227f.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
So the next thing I decided to pick up was a Diptyque perfume. Diptyque released a little Valentines range and of course I got sucked into the packaging and the description of the scents. (Yes I bought all these candles and perfumes without knowing what they actually smelt like) I got a Diptyque perfume for Christmas and love it so was like sure why not?! So I picked up the Eau Rose fragrance and oh my goodness guys this is so gorgeous I'm obsessed it just smells of pure roses (obvz) and it's so fab I love it. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Also from Diptyque I decided to also get another candle and from the same Valentines range I picked up the Damascena scented candle again with the same rose scent but slightly sweeter due to the added honey notes to it and just like the fragrance it is beautiful. Also I have to say I blooming love the candle packaging from this brand there's just something about it that makes me very happy which is strange I know but I just really like it. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhDzevbqe9qfAw0x39ccjwq3OgBeBmKGED7zoxyxcrto4b7an4bG-zPtov4khyphenhyphen14IAFjvSMs3Wci_ZsidxLWGspV-IcJc7sV6-96c2gxooRjNkY6P0nU_1FXX9h6cLneAJDOfdt2DbgIabN/s1600/UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_228a.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="724" data-original-width="1086" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhDzevbqe9qfAw0x39ccjwq3OgBeBmKGED7zoxyxcrto4b7an4bG-zPtov4khyphenhyphen14IAFjvSMs3Wci_ZsidxLWGspV-IcJc7sV6-96c2gxooRjNkY6P0nU_1FXX9h6cLneAJDOfdt2DbgIabN/s1600/UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_228a.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Something I like to do every year is buy one 'big' gift, now when I say big I mean it costs a little more coin than everything else and usually I opt for something Apple but tbh I actually have everything from there atm that I want so they need to hurry and drop some new releases. When I don't choose an Apple product I normally opt for a designer bag but there was none that I really liked and to be honest I really don't need another bag right now. However this year I made a change and bought myself a ring....yup I did! Like Ari said 'bought matching diamonds for..' okay I only bought a diamond for myself nobody else. I've been in the market for a rose gold/diamond ring for awhile. I like very dainty jewellery and since my birthday and Christmas I've accumulated two rose gold chains and a gold bracelet so a ring was obviously the next thing I needed. When I seen this ring in Fields jewellers I fell in love instantly! This is the most sparkly thing I've ever seen in my life it could legit blind me I'm not even joking. I'm so blooming obsessed with it I adore it. I mean just look at it, like loOK AT IT ugh love me. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg57WiHTQ146xp08kGiTvuG_QBpH2CUud1Ka_vsuI2d6fyhv9jGJjw7Ec-zy5uKI9RCT15DRV1PRwtuJD7X3NVts5KBA_7y-yzwvTq-j7aTEFyeIEx5GnL-jLELPxmU65sXJH-YdgDTFpvF/s1600/JPEG+image-8786A62DD68C-1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg57WiHTQ146xp08kGiTvuG_QBpH2CUud1Ka_vsuI2d6fyhv9jGJjw7Ec-zy5uKI9RCT15DRV1PRwtuJD7X3NVts5KBA_7y-yzwvTq-j7aTEFyeIEx5GnL-jLELPxmU65sXJH-YdgDTFpvF/s1600/JPEG+image-8786A62DD68C-1.jpg" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Finally something I thought was way too cute not to get was this Boohoo jumper with 'Bieber + Baldwin' wrote on it. Like gang I'm not even a huge fan of either of these two but for some reason I became obsessed with this jumper I couldn't not own it. I mean cute though right?! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Whether you're celebrating you today or if you're celebrating with a loved one tomorrow I hope you all have a lovely day.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgh30nh1AgUfaivPq4880gZAm0QhOt1tShOAUyocbPuPRxoE-74Jxq32p0ocfzTtQTxi48TCkliESEYwLVc0VGJ3pedad6WtkXb_uWYmO5sMsyjdulW_v8IOGKZUA4CcgVkD_IH95Lo0TKe/s1600/IMG_5868-2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1218" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgh30nh1AgUfaivPq4880gZAm0QhOt1tShOAUyocbPuPRxoE-74Jxq32p0ocfzTtQTxi48TCkliESEYwLVc0VGJ3pedad6WtkXb_uWYmO5sMsyjdulW_v8IOGKZUA4CcgVkD_IH95Lo0TKe/s1600/IMG_5868-2.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So it's that time of year again, when the stores are full of red hearts and roses and theres 'love' signs everywhere you go. Which means it's the annual Jordan buys herself everything she wants..."Alexa, play I Don't Need A Man by The Pussycat Dolls".</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Now I'm not going to lie, I have no problem spending money on myself any day of the week but when Valentines comes round the past two years I've gone a little bit extra so I thought why not make it three years in a row!? Yes I've already ordered myself all my gifts but don't worry of course I'll be sharing them on the day because they're all cute af.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So thanks to Ariana Grande's latest bop '7 Rings' I decided that I'm extra and instead of writing a Valentines Gift Guide like I have the past two years (which you can find <a href="http://www.darlingjordan.com/search?q=valentines+gift+guide" target="_blank">here</a>) this year I'd just write a Galentines gift ideas post and then when the 13th of February approaches I may aswell show you all what I spoiled myself with...because why not!? Who doesn't love a good 'oul What I Got For insert whatever the occasion here kinda blog post.<br />
<br />
So lets get into what you can possibly treat yo'self too because sis trust me you deserve it all!<br />
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I'ma start off with something simple, so if you fancy having a chill pamper evening in why not grab some new skincare products you've been dying to try out? Or even just getting round to re-purchasing old favourites that you just haven't gotten around to doing. Personally at the mo I'm recommending the <a href="https://www.boots.ie/pixi-double-cleanse-10256349" target="_blank">Pixi Double Cleanse</a>, the <a href="https://www.boots.ie/beauty/facial-skincare/moisturiser/pixi-rose-ceramide-cream-10256340" target="_blank">Rose Ceramide Cream</a> and the <a href="https://www.boots.ie/pixi-hydrating-milky-mist-10256359" target="_blank">Pixi Milky Mist</a>. I absolutely adore the products and use them on a regular basis since getting them. I wrote all about them in a post of their own which incase you missed out on you can have a lil read all about them <a href="http://www.darlingjordan.com/2019/02/my-thoughts-on-pixi-skincare.html" target="_blank">here</a>.<br />
<br />
If like me you have a slight little obsession when it comes to makeup then same fam! So I'm not talking your regular Smashbox lipstick I'm thinking bigger because we wanna be a little bit more than regular we're aiming for a lil extraness (not dragging smashbox bc love). So lets start off with maybe a little <a href="https://www.boots.ie/chanel/chanel-make-up/chanel-lips/chanel-rouge-allure-lipstick-10239433" target="_blank">Chanel Rouge Allure lipstick</a> I mean it's not too heavy on your bank account and is quite affordable for a luxury brand and everybody loves a lil Chanel in their life amiright?!<br />
So maybe Chanel just isn't doing it for you so if you wanna go up that one little step higher and are full on prepared to drop €85 euro on a single lipstick...girl get yourself a <a href="https://www.brownthomas.com/brown-thomas-navigation-catalog/rouge-louboutin-velvet-matte-lip-colour/148x5903x8052001x001.html?cgid=root&dwvar_148x5903x8052001x001_color=Bengali#q=louboutin&lang=default&start=1" target="_blank">Christian Louboutin lipstick</a> this is one of those beauty products I do not regret purchasing at all. Still to this day I am obsessed with everything about it, the packaging, the design, the formula everything is perf and I love it and 10000% recommend them. Like Ari said "happiness is the same price as red bottoms" but I can't afford them rn so the lipstick is the next best thing.<br />
<br />
Perfumes are always a good idea, yes I may already have 70 bottles but I want more. -That sounded very Veruca Salt of me- Know what is also another great thing to buy... Candles and not just any kind I'm talking the luxury you're actually paying that money on a candle kind of ones! So lets start with Diptyque, now I'm still very new to this brand as in these are the only scents I own kinda new but I love them so had to recommend them. The Diptyque <a href="https://www.brownthomas.com/brown-thomas-navigation-catalog/lombre-dans-leau-eau-de-parfum-75ml/189x2721xombrep75.html?cgid=root#q=diptyque%2Bl'ombre%2Bdans%2Bl'eau&lang=default&start=1" target="_blank">L'ombre Dans L'eau</a> fragrance is very different to the perfume scents I normally wear, it's much stronger and not as sweet as my usual picks but it still has a floral element to it. The matching <a href="https://www.brownthomas.com/brown-thomas-navigation-catalog/baies-scented-candle-190g/189x2721xb1.html?cgid=root" target="_blank">Baies candle</a> comes with the same scent and it fills your room with the scent in just moments when you burn the candle. You can get both in a set together or purchase separately.<br />
Another brand that you CANNOT go wrong with when it comes to fragrances and candles is good 'oul trusty <a href="https://www.brownthomas.com/search/?q=jo+malone&lang=default" target="_blank">Jo Malone</a>. Ugh fave like. If you're to treat yourself to one fragrance go smell some Jo Malone because you're bound to fall in love with at least three scents. I absolutely adore the Peony & Blush Suede scent aswell as the Fresh Lime & Blossom and the ever so famous Pomegranate Noir. These perfumes last on you for absolutely hours and the candles are on another level. You can literally light one of these candles for five minutes and then pop the lid back on it and I can guarantee you that you will still smell the scent lingering through your house four hours later.<br />
<br />
When an occasion pops around I like to buy myself one lil 'extra' kinda gift as in it's in the €100+ price range (I mean that's what credit cards are for right kids....dont get a credit card!) Usually it's either an Apple product (they literally own me, like they may aswell just do a direct debit from my account when they release a new product) or a new designer handbag... I mean go big or go home right? Something that I honestly cannot live without are my <a href="https://www.apple.com/ie/shop/product/MMEF2ZM/A/airpods" target="_blank">AirPods</a> I honestly think they're worth every penny and if like me you've absolutely no time for wires these are for you fam. Last year I decided to pick myself up my first Valentino handbag because every girl needs some Valentino in her life. (See Insta post <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/BfIXYvVDY7F/" target="_blank">here</a> to see what I bought myself last year) So yeah maybe you've had your eye on a bag or a purse and you just haven't bought it yet for yourself...what are you waiting for girly? Click that 'add to basket' button.<br />
<br />
Or if you're not feeling like spending an extreme amount of money nothing beats a new pair of pyjamas and your favourite movie!<br />
<br />
Will you be treating yourself for Galentines?<br />
xo.</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgjTbVLM0BYeHuA1dt-q8bjVIdBXxkWdnWiQVD1IXQ9FAJIMfHdjJf1VByerpVBGjozT-AZ8sXxPTad-BZ4XGD-228hTiprOtOXeKTcSadXhn3bd26zkXEvdVbGXsh0eO4ErfSl9sLGmH5l/s1600/IMG_5796.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1381" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgjTbVLM0BYeHuA1dt-q8bjVIdBXxkWdnWiQVD1IXQ9FAJIMfHdjJf1VByerpVBGjozT-AZ8sXxPTad-BZ4XGD-228hTiprOtOXeKTcSadXhn3bd26zkXEvdVbGXsh0eO4ErfSl9sLGmH5l/s1600/IMG_5796.jpg" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<div style="text-align: center;">
Pixi Skincare was always something I had seen in the blogger land for years and throughout them years I didn't really have much of an interest in skincare and I wasn't one to invest in some good skincare products. However as you get older your taste changes and you realise sometimes spending more money on certain products is for a reason. Now of course I'm not dragging budget brands because there are some great little hidden gems you can find in the skincare aisle at Boots but sometimes on certain things there's a reason some products have a higher price tag compared to the brand next to it. Sometimes it's just because the brand is so over-hyped but sometimes its the quality. </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<div style="text-align: center;">
Getting slightly off topic back to Pixi.</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<div style="text-align: center;">
So I finally rounded off a few little products to try and have been doing exactly that over the past few months and I decided you know what, lets do a little round up of everything I've been trying to let you know what worked for me and what didn't.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Starting with the <a href="https://www.boots.ie/pixi-double-cleanse-10256349" target="_blank">Pixi x Caroline Hirons Double Cleanse</a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This was one of the two products that I really really wanted to try after hearing so many amazing reviews about it. Literally when I finally got it I couldn't wait to go home and try it out straight away. Consisting of half and oil based cleansing balm and half a cream cleanser, the two step system helps remove all traces of makeup from the skin leaving it ready and prepped for the next step of your skincare routine. Right so lets start off with I have sensitive, slightly dry skin so I try to avoid overly fragranced products because they tend to irritate my skin. This however has no scent to it which is a win and the products are so fab. Okay so the cleansing balm literally has all your makeup melted off your face within seconds. I will admit it takes off waterproof mascara and eyeliner etc but I absolutely hate oily things on my eyes so although I have used it on my eyes many of times I do tend to just take my eye makeup off with micellar water just because I freak out at the oil near my eyes (idk why maybe I'm weird). So then you simply wipe that off with a damp muslin cloth and then go ahead and use the cream cleanser which leaves my skin feeling so clean and soft I'm obsessed with it. You only have to use a coin sized amount as it spreads very well.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I've also been using the <a href="https://www.boots.ie/beauty/facial-skincare/moisturiser/pixi-rose-ceramide-cream-10256340" target="_blank">Rose Ceramide Cream</a>. Which is described as an intensive ultra rich moisturiser. This obviously smells of roses and is so delightful. It is quite intense and a rich consistency so there would be no way I personally would be able to use this in the mornings as it would take way too long for it to soak into my skin, especially if I was getting ready for work. So personally I only use this as a night moisturiser because it has all the time in the world to soak into the skin while I sleep. The product is extremely hydrating and leaves your skin feeling so soft and refreshed. With the ingredients inside it also helps with improving the skins elasticity aswell as protecting the skin against environmental aggressors.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgIe_8bQ6YswDF76aR5z5y9HWre_OwdY3hdwSqSn9uH0Cx0ZyCl3lzV9Idt1C2egg0qL7W4JXAq5dH7y4zZEbuLQlc2FavBICrVefzrK7fYNZKIRh9dqThOqUb1UQG6N8VP4xmXpWnxfvAF/s1600/IMG_5793-2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgIe_8bQ6YswDF76aR5z5y9HWre_OwdY3hdwSqSn9uH0Cx0ZyCl3lzV9Idt1C2egg0qL7W4JXAq5dH7y4zZEbuLQlc2FavBICrVefzrK7fYNZKIRh9dqThOqUb1UQG6N8VP4xmXpWnxfvAF/s1600/IMG_5793-2.jpg" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: start;">
<div style="text-align: center;">
For those lazy days when you really just can't be bothered with a skincare routine (don't lie we all have many of them....right?!) the <a href="https://www.boots.ie/pixi-hydrating-milky-mist-10256359" target="_blank">Hydrating Milky Mist</a> is my go to product. This is described as a <span style="font-family: inherit;">"</span><span style="text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">deeply hydrating mist that provides an invisible layer of skin-soothers, making it the ultimate remedy for dry skin" and I totally agree 100% with the </span></span><span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">statement</span><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">. When I'm feeling lazy or even just throughout the day on no makeup days when I feel like my skin just needs something I simply spritz this all over my face and neck and it just helps soothe any skin that may be irritated or dry and just adds that little bit of moisture to it. It also contains </span></span><span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">Hyaluronic</span><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"> Acid to plump skin too. </span></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"><br /></span></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">Finally the ever so famous <a href="https://www.boots.ie/beauty/facial-skincare/cleanser-toner/pixi-glow-tonic-100-ml-10256344" target="_blank">Glow Tonic</a>. So this was the product I was hyped about due to how hyped up of a product it is but I'm just going to go straight to the point and say unfortunately this did not work for me. I used it for a solid month but within that month my skin went haywire. This seemed to have been way too strong for my sensitive skin and ended up just overall messing up my skin for a month. I tried to deny it was this product but at the time of using the product it was the only new skincare item that had been added to my usual skincare routine. However although the Glow Tonic didn't work for me I may try out one of the different ones they have to offer in hopes that they might work with my skin but sadly this one just was not for me.</span></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"><br /></span></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">I mean 3 out of 4 products isn't a bad try. I really was so annoyed at the fact that the Glow Tonic didn't end up working out for me but I am glad that I liked the other three products that I have been using. Overall I would definitely recommend the skincare brand to anyone looking to venture out and start investing into their skincare products. Prices for the products range from €15 upwards with the most expensive product currently €34.</span></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">In the future I can definitely see myself trying out more from their skincare range and eventually venturing into their makeup range.</span></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"><br /></span></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">Have you tried Pixi Skincare yet?</span></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">xo.</span></span></span></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
January 28th came and saw my little boy Sheldon turn 5 years of age! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Yes that's right this little fellow has turned five years of age and I got him back when he was only a little 9 week old fluffy ball of hair. Of course like every other year I had to do a quick little themed photo to mark the occasion and this year as he was five I got balloons because how else would you mark the occasion?!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
A day filled with his favourite treats along with all the carrots, cucumbers and naps that one little GuineaPig can manage. If you've followed Darling Jordan for awhile you may remember that last year I spent €150 on a brand new two tier cage for him and now a year on and he still has never went upstairs....like he refuses to walk up the bridge #lazylife</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So this year I just spoiled him with all his favourite treats because in reality he really didn't appreciate his new cage last year even though I had to re-arrange my whole bedroom for it too fit. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihP3qRYC47VK-u16eHpj-cROZ1gruULhpP3m-84wf3Xuhalp0K-LvsBEMdqNDRXr9jX-WgLXUSk0_1zCxDq_IlV-t7bYzrdnwhCIrzkH4x9nU51DJqQ6UPM06LXBT_fWPR3p0M9sZ1M6MT/s1600/IMG_7007.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="810" data-original-width="1080" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihP3qRYC47VK-u16eHpj-cROZ1gruULhpP3m-84wf3Xuhalp0K-LvsBEMdqNDRXr9jX-WgLXUSk0_1zCxDq_IlV-t7bYzrdnwhCIrzkH4x9nU51DJqQ6UPM06LXBT_fWPR3p0M9sZ1M6MT/s1600/IMG_7007.JPG" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
But I mean you have to admit, he looks pretty darn happy about being surrounded by balloons and all his favourite treats. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
If only you all could see what my camera roll looked like just to get these two photos, if y'all ever tried to take a photo with an animal you know what I mean!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Anyways it was a cute lil photo op hour and Sheldon was rewarded with all the treats for being such a good participant and also because he just deserves the world.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Happy 5th Birthday little boy, I love you.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
xo. </div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
Is there really anything better than coming home after a long day at work, or just a mentally exhausting day and just having a full on pamper session?! Of course whats a good 'oul pamper session without a facemask. Literally as we speak I've atleast 20 facemasks at hand for when I want to chill and just treat myself like the Queen I am (I'm listening to 7 Rings way too much right now). Something a little different that I've been trying lately is the <a href="https://www.boots.ie/elf-beauty-shield-recharging-magnetic-face-mask-50g-10259621" target="_blank">E.L.F Magnetic Face mask</a>. Now I've seen these around before and honestly I'm probably one of the last people to try them out but I'm like you know what.. it's 2019 about time we can take a facemask off....with a magnet...we in the future now guys!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So I went into this mask blind, as in I didn't look at any reviews, I didn't read about what it was supposed to do except for the little paragraph at the front of the box which claims "visibly lift away surface impurities" I mean I'm up for anything thats going to help make my skin look better so of course as soon as I got it I went straight home and slathered it onto my face. I've used it several times now, the mask pot is now completely empty and I think I've finally come up with my conclusion of this mask.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large; font-weight: normal;">Lets be honest it's a little gimmicky but you know what we all love a little gimmick and heres why </span></h3>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-weight: normal;">The whole concept of not having to wash off a face mask is genius, so they invented peel off masks which we went crazy for. Then they came up with an even better idea...sheet masks! Like oh my god theres barely any work in them anymore however they lost the 'fun factor' don't get me wrong I love a mask that does what it claims to do so if it means I have to wash it off by holding my face in a bowl of ice cold water for a solid three minutes fair enough. But we can all agree (i hope) that the fun of peel off masks were gas, half the time you were challenging yourself to take it all off in one go without breaking it so you could see a face etc like it was amusing. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-weight: normal;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-weight: normal;">So by bringing out magnetic face masks are slightly going back to the fun of facemasks. Now am I the only one who feels this way because I'm actually a big child or please tell me others feel this way. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<strike>I just texted one of my friends on snapchat she agrees so atleast I now know I'm not the only one in this.</strike></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So onto the actual mask itself I'm gonna throw it out there that I already give the concept a 10/10 because I don't have to move off my bed to remove it and just have to run a magnet over my face.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The formula itself is quite thick and chalky with a chocolate orange scent to it (win). The magnet you receive is dual ended one holding the magnet and the other acting as your spatula to apply the mask. I won't lie I struggled using the spatula end, maybe it's just because I hadn't applied facemasks with them before but I just found this awkward. Back to the mask you simply apply it, leave it for 5 - 10 minutes on the skin and remove it with the magnet. The mask doesn't harden on the skin or anything so you don't have to sit there waiting for it to dry out or anything like that. The removal of the mask I must say is so much fun because you're just constantly like 'omg I cant believe that actually worked'. However I did find it left a layer of not so much oil but something that felt very silky on top of the skin. It's recommended that you don't wash your face after removing the mask and just go ahead with your moisturisers which I did. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Result wise, you do feel like the magnet is pulling everything out of your skin and I will admit I have noticed the pores and blackheads around my nose area have definitely improved while using this face mask. It also leaves the skin feeling very soft which I put down to that layer it leaves sitting on the skin after removing the mask itself.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjxAdRCzoFKkkNkv0OhE1Et_DtYqpoFtSue2JbrcnHztb69tU_QicXznfy5Ekcl-QY7Zd3Y64jhC5w6EWD64MG24LDfmQO8Wy7AhyphenhyphenxQiYABFPRiOWtZa-VzZPwrQlg776Z_-QSkUbBfaDhV/s1600/IMG_5487+2.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1352" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjxAdRCzoFKkkNkv0OhE1Et_DtYqpoFtSue2JbrcnHztb69tU_QicXznfy5Ekcl-QY7Zd3Y64jhC5w6EWD64MG24LDfmQO8Wy7AhyphenhyphenxQiYABFPRiOWtZa-VzZPwrQlg776Z_-QSkUbBfaDhV/s1600/IMG_5487+2.jpeg" /></a></div>
<h3>
<span style="font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: large;">Is it actually worth the €30 price tag just for the gimmicky nature of the removal?</span></span></h3>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-weight: normal;">yes and no.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-weight: normal;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I honestly believe that this did help reduce the look of my pores and help with the removal of black heads BUT I do think it's a tad overpriced. Also I feel like for the amount of product you get in the actual container isn't a lot especially if you're doing your full face 1-2 times a week like it recommends. I think I got about 4/5 applications with this pot and for the price I'm just not sure thats all that great. I do know the likes of Glamglow are a lot more expensive but I feel you get a few more uses out of them pots. It's probably due to how thick and chalky of a consistency this product has that doesn't help when it comes to spreading it across the skin. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
They do offer a refill mask in a tube that you can basically transfer it into your tub on the E.L.F website for £17 which is roughly almost €20 which I'm just like...rly mate...?!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So although I did enjoy it for the scent and the fun factor of removing a mask with a magnet with how little uses you get and for the price tag I don't think it would be something I'd be stocking up on anytime soon. However I did enjoy using it for the time I did have with it. Now I'm left with a magnet thats not really going to be doing much so I'm just like do I keep this for something or?</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Have you ever tried a magnetic face mask before?</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgGY4rDnIhbpaovQ5C1TWny_rsLtYXEgVXfP4CEq6YitVSX47ECjhVvwotMFoKcJu1NfbgJk1P8t-QNvABRoStPhj8gVXW1xKDqZvcJf7CtmJC7GdhOXp3yez6mAwwD7V-ow6ImDF-i5dNx/s1600/IMG_5223.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="Jeffree Star Northern Lights Supreme Frost" border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1150" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgGY4rDnIhbpaovQ5C1TWny_rsLtYXEgVXfP4CEq6YitVSX47ECjhVvwotMFoKcJu1NfbgJk1P8t-QNvABRoStPhj8gVXW1xKDqZvcJf7CtmJC7GdhOXp3yez6mAwwD7V-ow6ImDF-i5dNx/s1600/IMG_5223.jpeg" title="Jeffree Star Northern Lights Supreme Frost" /></a></div>
<div style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">I’m not going to lie I was never part of the Jeffree Star cosmetics hype, I just didn’t really bother with it until Shane Dawson done a series all about Jeffree Star and I think I was so shocked and amazed at the series and how Jeffree made a successful life for himself that I was like you know what let’s give these a whirl, it also helped that at the time BeautyBay had a sale on so I tried the liquid lipsticks and fell in love with the formulas and have gathered quite a few lipsticks from the brand since then. </span></div>
<div style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; min-height: 14px; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Come Christmas time I received the <a href="https://www.beautybay.com/p/jeffree-star-cosmetics/northern-lights/" target="_blank">Northern Lights Supreme Frost palette</a> which contains 6 different highlighting shades and I literally could not contain my excitement and I was so excited to put them all over my face. I had never tried any of the highlighters so I was over the moon to have gotten his latest release to try. Inside the packaging, which I must add is so stunning sits 6 beautiful shades. I will admit some more easier to wear than others but still all so gorgeous. </span></div>
<div style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; min-height: 14px; text-align: center;">
<img alt="Jeffree Star Northern Lights Supreme Frost" border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi6StiFn9nOekvbCMUcsuPI2u_cs2tLx-sekqU95jK51-EQ6XZCaihvYFbNXuvcXHJsyijs1BMrbuqBTvd8LadEfJUkV-bMgZjVZ-LVm3pvtPPS16vLG2FbVkdGY0dyhWLvw_N6neH1_dDG/s1600/IMG_5239.jpeg" title="Jeffree Star Northern Lights Supreme Frost" /><span style="font-family: inherit;">The supreme frost formula is very soft to touch and almost melts under your finger. When applied with a brush they give the most gorgeous glow and the more you apply the more intense they become, honestly I thought with just one swipe you’d be able to see my non-existent cheek bones from space but no they are quite subtle on the first application.</span><span style="font-family: inherit;"> </span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgJ0_xNqy-KH2sSJeRgNT3qzd6WWlGwR1838_ZKCrP0EFYfgxGmSlkuTXBLH68KQYZiZbAsuUJmqG2ezDBjyxJZ0owFVcnLRH4H5aSUnc66pIGnAuhmtZRZBAPWCS8N7lo9HJjmGAWn8wLI/s1600/IMG_5248.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="Jeffree Star Northern Lights Supreme Frost Swatches " border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgJ0_xNqy-KH2sSJeRgNT3qzd6WWlGwR1838_ZKCrP0EFYfgxGmSlkuTXBLH68KQYZiZbAsuUJmqG2ezDBjyxJZ0owFVcnLRH4H5aSUnc66pIGnAuhmtZRZBAPWCS8N7lo9HJjmGAWn8wLI/s1600/IMG_5248.jpeg" title="Jeffree Star Northern Lights Supreme Frost Swatches " /></a></div>
<div style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">I immediately went to Alaskan Ice because of how much of a gorgeous iced white it is and I was not disappointed, it gives the most gorgeous icy blue tone when facing towards the light that it’s just gorgeous. </span></div>
<div style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Thawed out is a fab pale pink shade and it’s definitely in my top two shades from the palette.</span></div>
<div style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Below freezing will more than likely be my least used shade in the palette I think for obvious reasons. Now if you can pull this off I’m jealous because the colour is so breathtaking when on the skin but I just cannot pull it off with my pale af skin, legit looks like I’ve gotten frostbite on my cheeks when I put it on.</span></div>
<div style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Frozen Gold let me down a little I mean to an extent I honestly thought it was going to be a more rosey gold toned shade but it’s much more on the yellow toned side. Still a fab colour though and I definitely will use it.</span></div>
<div style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">My favourite of all Anchorage. The most stunning peachy gold shade and I’m so obsessed with it. I’ve been wearing this one the most out of the palette because I think it’s so fab and every time I wear it I get asked at least 3 times what highlighter I’m wearing. </span></div>
<div style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Finally Artic Sky, when I first saw this shade I didn’t think I’d like it just due to the colour but oh my goodness this is beautiful on the skin. Although a lavender toned shade it just really works and looks so fab swept across the cheekbone. </span></div>
<div style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; min-height: 14px; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Overall I really like this highlighter formula, it is very different than everything I’ve ever tried and it definitely makes me intrigued to try out the original formula highlighters from the collection just to see how much they differ. These are so silky and smooth and in no way powdery at all. The palette itself is so lovely and I’m definitely delighted to have it as part of my collection because I just know I’m going to use it so much. The actual products inside I honestly thought would be much smaller but the pans are quite large compared to your usual highlighter palette panned products. </span></div>
<div style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; min-height: 14px; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">If you’re on the hunt for a new highlighter palette, and maybe you want to experiment with shades that aren’t the usual colours you’d go for I’d definitely recommend splurging on this palette as I really don’t think you’d regret it!</span></div>
<div style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; min-height: 14px; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Have you tried any of Jeffree’s products?</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">xo.</span></div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<h2>
<span style="font-weight: normal;">Happy New Year!</span></h2>
Is everybody else still as shocked as I am that it is actually 2019 already!? Literally the quickest year of my life and I honestly feel like I blinked and missed 6 months of it.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiIT2Fjuys9miHF_vwgNVZN_eZnmkn4_JRFbeSfq5iBOxRByYCczztc8RSBWvuk65FPcMzOcyUCFFzDyb2rbUXsRIkvgFJ9xCz15nFaI4SESByXDAQ6ZTD9ST4O249KaWsIoaWaC3a7Wr6N/s1600/IMG_5143.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1067" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiIT2Fjuys9miHF_vwgNVZN_eZnmkn4_JRFbeSfq5iBOxRByYCczztc8RSBWvuk65FPcMzOcyUCFFzDyb2rbUXsRIkvgFJ9xCz15nFaI4SESByXDAQ6ZTD9ST4O249KaWsIoaWaC3a7Wr6N/s1600/IMG_5143.jpeg" /></a></div>
However as it is the new year and everybody is starting the usual resolutions, new year new me and everything else in between of course I'm joining in!<br />
<br />
I've set very small, achievable goals for myself this year for my blog and for myself and hopefully I'll actually stick to them this year as last years plans didn't exactly go to plan.<br />
<br />
So I decided to start off 2019 with a look back at the beauty products I loved and enjoyed over the past twelve months. Surprisingly this year I found these quite easy to pick out whereas normally it takes me ages to try and narrow all the products I've loved down to a certain number. In 2018 I feel like there wasn't many beauty bandwagons I jumped on without reading reviews about them, and alot of the time surprisingly for me my attitude towards things was 'sure I've something like that already' which trust me is a very strange sense of mind for myself to have.<br />
<br />
Anyways because I didn't go overboard as much as I usually do every other year it meant I was able to pick out 11 products quite quickly from my collection that I fell in love with throughout 2018.<br />
So lets jump right in.<br />
<br />
Starting with the <i><a href="https://www.jomalone.eu/es/en/product/21309/9990/fragrances/colognes/light-floral/french-lime-blossom-cologne" target="_blank">Jo Malone French Lime Blossom</a> </i>fragrance. I got this back in October and while I only had it in my life for a short period of time compared to some of the other products included in this post I became obsessed with this scent. I absolutely adore Jo Malone fragrances for the reason being that they last on you for absolute hours before you have to even think about spraying yourself with perfume again. The scent is very different than the usual sweet like fragrances I usually opt for and I'm literally going to describe it as a very grown up scent. It is absolutely gorgeous and I 've literally went through half the bottle of it since October because I've been using it so much. I was carrying it around with me in my handbag everyday, which was weighing me down but I was so afraid of breaking it that I ended up getting myself a perfume pod (smartest little invention ever) and transferring it into that. Definitely my top new fragrance of the year for sure.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi7G3qoK0WGuB3jbgPH_PVE7Ulc1ujajFANHd494D31RyXoksdJsoc7DBVrHY-1yGkuA7iPHS_7HJS4qaPpFuBXsKtdzgyyU7wMLPpFwrEThNTRZwkbnoc4QydKRfoZeD8ztrFoG4NhuL5t/s1600/IMG_5141.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1176" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi7G3qoK0WGuB3jbgPH_PVE7Ulc1ujajFANHd494D31RyXoksdJsoc7DBVrHY-1yGkuA7iPHS_7HJS4qaPpFuBXsKtdzgyyU7wMLPpFwrEThNTRZwkbnoc4QydKRfoZeD8ztrFoG4NhuL5t/s1600/IMG_5141.jpeg" /></a></div>
<br />
When I was tanned (which started back in May) my go to foundation was the <i><a href="https://www.boots.ie/loreal-paris-true-match-foundation-30ml-10200787" target="_blank">L'oreal True Match</a> in 4n</i>. Although I also used this when I was pale (2R/2C) I just especially loved it when I wore fake tan as the shade matched me perfectly. This foundation is the best drugstore one in my opinion and I've tried my fair few. However I find this one amazing, it lasts on my skin all day long and I'm forever getting compliments on my skin when I wear this. For the small €15 price tag I honestly cannot recommend it anymore. When you open my foundation drawer (is it a bad thing I've a whole drawer of foundations or...thats normal right!?) its basically 80% true match because I love it so much and I'm forever stocking up when Boots are doing a 3 for 2 offer on it.<br />
<br />
Something I was so excited about this year to add to my collection my very first <i><a href="https://www.brownthomas.com/brands/christian-louboutin/lips/rouge-louboutin-velvet-matte-lip-colour/148x5903x8052001x001.html?cgid=christian-laboutin-lips&dwvar_148x5903x8052001x001_color=Bengali#start=1" target="_blank">Christian Louboutin Lipstick</a> in 'Just Nothing'</i>. The most gorgeous natural nude lip colour I've ever come across packaged in the most extra packaging I've ever seen in my life. The formula is a matte finish but when on the lips feels very silky and moisturising which I love because I absolutely cannot stand formulas that dry out your lips and make you feel like you haven't drank a glass of water in four years. Definitely can see myself having to buy a lil treat in the shape of the exact same lipstick in the iconic red shade. If you're thinking about splurging on one I definitely 100% recommend them.<br />
<br />
2018 was the year I decided to give self tanning a try and boy was it an eventful time. From looking like an actual orange to even using one that ended up looking a little green I think it's safe to say I definitely mastered self tanning...well except for my hands, they're still a learning curve. However the tanning brand that made me fall in love with having a colour rather than looking like a milk bottle was the <a href="https://www.tantastic.co.uk/product/tantastic-self-tan-fast-drying-liquid-150ml-dark/" target="_blank">T<i>antastic Liquid Tan</i></a>. The reason I fell in love with this brand was their formulas are basically fool proof and they don't come with that vile self tan smell instead its replaced with a quite appealing scent. Throughout the past year I've definitely gone through at least 8 bottles of the liquid, 6 of the lotion and 3 of the foam...trust me the colour pay off is GORGEOUS! Think Bahammas for two weeks kinda tan. They're also quite affordable and are almost constantly doing some sort of percentage off on their website.<br />
<br />
Onto the <i><a href="https://www.beautybay.com/p/mario-badescu/facial-spray-with-aloe-cucumber-and-green-tea/" target="_blank">Mario Badescu Facial Spritz</a></i>. I literally fell head over heels with this and currently have four bottles of it as back up for when I run out. It's so refreshing and I absolutely adore it. I ended up writing all about it in a post last year which you can find <a href="http://www.darlingjordan.com/2018/11/mario-badescu-skincare-hit-or-miss.html" target="_blank">here</a>. They're so refreshing and are great for no makeup and makeup days for a quick freshen up. I use these religiously especially after removing my makeup because I feel like they just do really good things for my skin. After trying all three different scents/flavours (idk what you call them, basically there's 3 different ones) the Aloe one is definitely my favourite although I do love them all I seem to buy more of this one than the others. I won't go on too much more about it because I've already told you how much I adore it in a post of its very own!<br />
<br />
Onto another fragrance that definitely won the year for me <i><a href="https://www.boots.ie/ralph-lauren-woman-eau-de-parfum-100ml-10255335" target="_blank">Woman by Ralph Lauren</a></i>. This year saw me buy my first Ralph Lauren handbag...and then shortly after buy another...and for Christmas I got a Ralph Lauren purse (which is beautiful) so I feel like I had a little love affair with the brand for a hot minute. Anyways I'd never really been fond of any of the Ralph Lauren fragrances until this year when they launched Woman. With a mix of strong florals and rich woody scents the fragrance was one of my most sprayed scents in 2018. Although slightly different (again) than the sweet scents I go for I fell in love with this scent very quickly. Of course it started out with a rollerball but you know theres currently a 100ml bottle sat in my fragrance drawer. Also I want to quickly mention the bottle design as although it's quite simple the unusual way the lid opens rather than the normal pull off lid adds a little touch of glam and luxury to the bottle design. If you've yet to smell this I urge you off to your nearest fragrance stockist and give it a little sniff.<br />
<br />
False lashes and I have a love/hate relationship. As in I will wear them religiously for a solid two weeks and then totally ignore their exsistence for two months. This year I was a little adventurous and stepped away from my usual eylure picks and ventured to Beauty Bay to find a more 'luxury' brand of lashes (but also I still didn't want to spend €30 on a pair bc I just don't see the worth) and there I discovered <i><a href="https://www.beautybay.com/p/doll-beauty/selena/" target="_blank">Doll Beauty</a></i> who have their own little range of makeup but also a huge range of lashes and oh my! I fell in love with the first pair I got which was in the style 'Selena' and ever since then I've been buying my eyelashes from the brand, they even do multipacks which are great value. Lets quickly mention the packaging because it's so girly I absolutely adore it. The lashes come stored in a little acrylic box under the pink sleeve so you know they're well protected between wears. When removed carefully and cleaned (as in removing glue) you get quite a good few uses out of these before they start going a bit tattery.<br />
<img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1067" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgkopJ3fHcysbVlNTlkHHznjXoBgHvCUTa04WUXwe-WQ5EWO8isHj6hcIZRnRNsGgI7w9aq4Yf2SOo0YsO7a6gtRfm9wgHz4_P62GJOlh3J8Zb9HxoacJAHsr_XR2YvDrjNCwfvaXZDlav0/s1600/IMG_5133.jpeg" />Jeffree Star cosmetics was a brand I also ventured into in 2018 and I think it was mainly because of Shane Dawsons docu-series on Youtube ft. Jeffree. I got the mini nude set for my birthday back in August (I never got around to writing up my what I got post - true story it's still sitting in my drafts) and fell in love with the formula and one particular shade that I ended up wearing everyday and as I'm typing this post I have it on my lips! <i><a href="https://www.beautybay.com/p/jeffree-star-cosmetics/velour-liquid-lipstick/celebrity-skin/" target="_blank">Celebrity Skin</a> </i>quickly became my everyday staple nude shade and as the formula is so long lasting I'd never have to worry about re-applying it (except after eating but thats kind of obvious). I ended up finishing the year with three tubes of the liquid lipstick version of this shade and one bullet lipstick of it. If you're on the market for a soft brown nude with a peachy undertone to it this one is your new BFF.<br />
<br />
Something I was in two minds about mentioning but I truly enjoyed using it and can see myself purchasing another bottle when this runs out is the <i><a href="https://www.brownthomas.com/beauty/make-up/face/foundation/fauxfilter-foundation/192x6021x6291106031546.html" target="_blank">Huda Beauty Faux Filter Foundation</a></i>. I used this in the shade Creme Brûlée for when I was too lazy to tan and was embracing my pale af skin tone. Although definitely a fuller coverage foundation than I'm used to wearing I really loved this. The coverage I found amazing and it wore quite well, I'm saying quite because sometimes if I was having a bad skin day I did find I'd have to patch it up a little. When I first tried it I really didn't get on with it for the simple reason of I'm used to wearing medium coverage foundations and the consistency of them are usually quite watery so I think I got over-whelmed over how thick this was and wasn't 100% sure how I was going to apply it (yup I freak out over these things). However after sticking with it I ended up turning around my attitude towards it and really enjoyed it. It's also fragranced which I found a little strange but as soon as its applied to the skin the scent goes and you're not bombarded with the perfume of it. I have sensitive skin and so normally have to be wary of perfumed products coming in contact with it but it never bothered my skin at all.<br />
<br />
The third and final fragrance to get a mention is my all time beloved <i><a href="https://www.boots.ie/gucci-bloom-eau-de-parfum-spray-100ml-10230934" target="_blank">Gucci Bloom</a></i>. When this was released last year it shot right to the top of my favourite fragrances and since then it honestly hasn't budged. They released two more scents in this range and I'm actually not a fan and the original is still my absolute favourite. If you love sweet floral scents you'll love Gucci Bloom. I've mentioned this fragrance here on Darling Jordan multiple of times including in my top 2017 beauty products which you can find <a href="http://www.darlingjordan.com/2017/12/my-top-6-beauty-picks-of-2017.html" target="_blank">here</a>. Which means its been my top fave for two consecutive years running now. I've so many fragrances (its actually ridiculous) but I always end up going back to this one. Plus the simplicity of the bottle design just leaves me doing heart eyes because of the delicate girly packaging.<br />
<br />
And last but certainly not least my other favourite self tanner that I fell head over heels for the <i><a href="https://www.boots.ie/bondi-sands-self-tan-foam-dark-200ml-10210763" target="_blank">Bondi Sands Self Tanning Foam in Dark</a></i>. Now I'm going to be the first one to hold my hand up to say if you want a dark false tan...this isn't the one fam. Although called Dark you get more of a very natural healthy looking glow rather than a 'hey guess who's back from Abu Dhabi' When I first tried this I was going from Tantastic making me look like I was in the Bahamas to this and I literally remember thinking "is this a faulty batch or something!?" but strangely enough I kept using it and using it, then moved onto my second bottle and then my third and fourth (and so on) and I just couldn't get enough of how natural it looked. Surprisingly something I thought was such a failure ended up finishing as my favourite tanning brand of the year. It's also coconut scented so you're not left with that vile biscuit smelling tan (the most revolting smell in the world imo) which is so fab because you're actually able to breathe while letting it develop on your skin.<br />
<br />
And there you have it, my top Beauty picks from 2018.<br />
What products did you fall head over heels with last year?<br />

Darling Jordanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08914680533522529600noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7702115704422255825.post-66853835477194242892018-12-27T20:34:00.000+00:002018-12-27T20:54:13.363+00:00What I Got For Christmas 2018<div style="text-align: center;">
So for the past 4 consecutive years I’ve done a ‘what I got for Christmas’ post and I don’t do them to brag I simply write them, because I genuinely enjoy reading others and I know there’s others like me who love having a nosey to see what other people got. So rather than breaking a tradition I seem to have going on here on DarlingJordan I decided to keep going and do it again this year. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
As always this in no way a bragging post and I’m extremely greatful for everything I got this year.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So let’s jump right in!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiB6JHs0lS9N9PHySSLNC9EARo9XOnbOIy5l_wopkcwmSllw3UXBGzXtZsQjZBBlCU3WK5gYHyybPbRWb1qXrtzpurXMLLZg-l8ZnC42V3CuSh5NPI15bQB3dC1sHveElels90RijPps36T/s1600/IMG_5014.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1067" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiB6JHs0lS9N9PHySSLNC9EARo9XOnbOIy5l_wopkcwmSllw3UXBGzXtZsQjZBBlCU3WK5gYHyybPbRWb1qXrtzpurXMLLZg-l8ZnC42V3CuSh5NPI15bQB3dC1sHveElels90RijPps36T/s1600/IMG_5014.jpg" /></a></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br />
<a name='more'></a>Starting with my main present (I mean we may as well jump right in) I got the <i>iPad 6th generation</i>. If you know me you know I love apple, I don’t use any other brand because I just adore their stuff. Christmas exactly 8 years ago I got the very first iPad which you can imagine died a very long time ago (I still have it I just imagine it wouldn’t be supported anymore) and this year I got it into my head that I’d like the new one. Surprisingly, as in I actually did not expect it at all (I even sobbed) my parents surprised me with it and I was so over the moon!<br />
Last year I got the Apple Watch off my parents and it’s safe to say the strap 1 year on did not look like it used too so they also surprised me with the <i>Pink Sand Sport Loop strap</i> that I had been eyeing up.<br />
Something not pictured because I don't have the physical tickets yet is <i>Ariana Grande tickets</i>. Every year I buy myself something a little extreme and this year the ticket prices I paid were a lil extreme, however I'm getting to see my Queen for both Dublin dates of her Sweetener tour and I am so excited.<br />
I also have been looking for a dainty bracelet for a while. Back in August for my birthday I got the most beautiful delicate chains - one being a floating diamond and the other a rose gold ring with diamonds. I love dainty jewellery so after getting these I decided that I wanted a bracelet that was small and simple for my wrist and I was handed a box from my brother which had a dainty little gold chain bracelet with flowers gracing it and I'm obsessed!<br />
I also got a new Ralph Lauren purse which I have been in the market for, for an awful long time now and it was so worth the wait because it is so beautiful.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEja2qeuOO5dyIY8_6sJlwLgAUTYciGZ9Nfe-Y7NY0iUzcDAV6anVrcqS36Yu0XqLGKRWidqvB_6Qvdmx4FPd4_P_2jSuyUl0Z63sm9avvSQH0yyaSLNRjE4ZnmsJTQc48d1pM_Zgn1rG73Q/s1600/IMG_5028.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEja2qeuOO5dyIY8_6sJlwLgAUTYciGZ9Nfe-Y7NY0iUzcDAV6anVrcqS36Yu0XqLGKRWidqvB_6Qvdmx4FPd4_P_2jSuyUl0Z63sm9avvSQH0yyaSLNRjE4ZnmsJTQc48d1pM_Zgn1rG73Q/s1600/IMG_5028.jpg" /></a></div>
<br />
Okay I'm going to break everything else up into sections other wise we're gonna be here for a lil while!<br />
<br />
Home Decor:<br />
I got a <i>Rose Gold Mirror</i> for the reason being I have a big makeup mirror with lights but when I'm into work I don't use it and just do my makeup in my bed - hence the reason this was bought for me, one side is normal and the other is magnified and the actual stand of it is rose gold with crystals it's pretty cute tbh.<br />
Do you know them things you always see and ALWAYS look at but for some reason never buy it for yourself? Me with the <i>Bambi Disney Tradion ornament</i> and finally I own it because I was gifted it<br />
and it is so blooming cute I love it!! This was from one my friends who you'll find out about what else she got me that I practically nearly died over when you get to the handbag section!<br />
I also got a <i>Luxury Velvety Rose Scented Giftset </i>which includes a room spray, a candle and a reed diffuser. The scent is absolutely fab and I have previously had candles from this range and I cannot fault them in any way (they're the sets from Aldi incase anybody is wondering).<br />
Something else I would constantly look at but would never buy for myself, the <i>Lumiere tea light holder</i> from Primark and every time I was in Primark I would look to see if he was in stock and be sad when he was sold out...I don't know it was weird but I'm so glad I finally own him now.<br />
I got the <i>Cath Kidston x Disney cushion from the Snow White collection</i> and I am obsessed, the little birds are literally my favourite and just make me smile so much. So be prepared to see this cushion in literally every single instagram post in the new year. I also got a huge <i>Pug Tv Slipper </i>which is basically a huge slipper for your feet to make them all toasty when you're watching tv, and<br />
did I mention it's a Pug?! My dog thinks its a teddy though and keeps trying to rob it on me which does give me a giggle. Finally I had come across the cutest <i>fawn mug</i> that truth be told I just wanted for Instagram photos (bc look at how cute it is) and I dropped a little hint and they clearly listened<br />
and there it was waiting for me as part of my Christmas Eve box.<br />
<br />
Handbags:<br />
This year I was spoilt with two Cath Kidston handbags, one from the Snow White<br />
range and one from the Bambi range. My work best friend surprised me with the <i>Snow White Singing Birds Tote bag </i>which I had fallen head over heels in love with when it was released. I was literally gobsmacked when I unwrapped it because we had both said we weren’t going crazy which she clearly has a different definition than crazy than I do. But oh my goodness I am so in love with it and I cannot wait for spring so I can start using it. I realise I can use it whenever but in my head I’m like yes spring time this is going to be perfect!<br />
I also got the <i>Bambi and Thumper Grab bag</i> from the latest Bambi range and if there’s one thing you should know about me is I am OBSESSED with Bambi & Thumper, they are my absolute favourite Disney characters so basically I’ll buy anything they’re on so I was so excited when I got this because it is the cutest.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiAATVJY20JJfnsPd4wrKcPTg8ySpP21bcUQicQkC0syI6ksJR6z8vWCBfkM1wvUqcG0nY_qi87zQaslwhHT_ywLciQIscuKQ-N7S_bIJVDnGpn_fbgi9oM8PqE4coibjI0TAlcCV38OVM2/s1600/IMG_5024.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiAATVJY20JJfnsPd4wrKcPTg8ySpP21bcUQicQkC0syI6ksJR6z8vWCBfkM1wvUqcG0nY_qi87zQaslwhHT_ywLciQIscuKQ-N7S_bIJVDnGpn_fbgi9oM8PqE4coibjI0TAlcCV38OVM2/s1600/IMG_5024.jpg" /></a></div>
Perfume:<br />
Every year I always get a perfume and this year was no different. I got another 100ml bottle of <i>Ari by Ariana Grande </i>which is one of my absolute favourite scents and she’s also my Queen just in case you didn’t know that already. If you love sweet scents then you’ll love this scent and the bottle is the prettiest and girliest bottle design ever!<br />
I also got the <i>Diptyque L’ombre dans L’eau and Baies gift set</i> which contains a 30ml bottle of fragrance and a candle. I was literally so excited about this because I have always wanted a Diptyque perfume and candle (may be one of those I blame the blogger things) so I was so extremely excited. The scent of both these are absolutely beautiful, very strong with notes of Rose and Blackcurrents which are absolutely beautiful together. If you love floral scents (my favourite ever perfume is Gucci Bloom so I’m all about those floral scents) you’ll love this scent!<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
Beauty:<br />
Finally onto the beauty bits I got this year which was an awful lot compared to last year, like I literally think I’m sorted for makeup for the whole year of 2019 but oh my god I was so excited to unwrap every single one of these items.<br />
<br />
Starting with fake tanners I got the <i>Bondi Sands Glo </i>in matte. I’ve legit been wanting to try this since it was released so I’m so excited to give it a whirl. I also got the <i>Cocoa Brown Christmas Cracker </i>which consists of the 1 hour mousse and a tanning mit. Finally in tans I also got the <i>Tantastic Medium Liquid Tan and Exfoliating Body wash </i>set. Tantastic is the tan I fell in love with when I first started tanning so I’m so excited to fall back in love with it!<br />
<br />
I got the <i>Kat Von D Shade and Light eyeshadow palette</i>. I have yet to try anything from Kat’s range and I’ve heard so many rave reviews that I’m excited to try it. The palette itself is the perfect everyday palette so I cannot wait to give it a try. Also from Kats range I got the T<i>attoo </i><br />
<i>Liner duo set</i> which contains a mini of the tattoo liquid liner and a mini of the newest dagger liquid liner. I’ve heard so many rave reviews of the tattoo liner so I was extremely excited when I unwrapped this. And finally I also got the <i>Mini Alchemist Holographic Transformer </i>which you can use over your eyeshadows, lipsticks, blush etc or even used on its own as a highlighter.<br />
<br />
I also got the mini <i>Too Faced Better Than Sex Tree Ornament </i>which is the cutest little tree decoration I’ve ever seen. Like I don’t even think I want to open it it’s that adorable.<br />
<br />
Jeffree Star is a brand that I started to try out back in August and quickly fell in love with and for Christmas I found some goodies in my stocking. I got the new <i>Northern Lights Highlighter Palette</i> which I'm so excited about as I actually haven't tried any of his iconic highlighters yet and have only tried his lipsticks so I was super excited about this. I also got the <i>Liquid Lipstick in the shade Celebrity Skin</i> which I done a dance about because I ran out of mine about two months ago and was wearing the same shade in the lipstick version but I had been wanting to pick it up in the liquid formula again.<br />
<br />
Also hidden in my stocking was my first ever Anastasia Beverly Hills eyeshadow palette. Yup pretty sure I'm the last person on this bandwagon but it was just one of those things I never got around too. I got the gorgeous <i>Soft Glam Eyeshadow palette </i>and my goodness is the colour palette absolutely stunning, it's so up my street I'm already obsessed with it and I haven't even used it yet.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiIBLi7HmWewuSt8mu_sHA650XDPXryQ2871vldHgdGvriIvHToMgH64EIgWU_YnI88F8qHTeBJjwj8VAUFrsoym_51qnSAnCb-7by-7HHOe1clti0N3f35veRj7TYQoexQKo332bHuo5_H/s1600/IMG_5012.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiIBLi7HmWewuSt8mu_sHA650XDPXryQ2871vldHgdGvriIvHToMgH64EIgWU_YnI88F8qHTeBJjwj8VAUFrsoym_51qnSAnCb-7by-7HHOe1clti0N3f35veRj7TYQoexQKo332bHuo5_H/s1600/IMG_5012.jpg" /></a></div>
One of my work friends spoilt me with makeup bits that I love/wanted to try, again we both said we weren't going 'crazy' yet I opened a heck load of things! She got me a new <i>Duo Lash Glue</i> which was perfect timing because I legit ran out of mine about two weeks ago, a <i>Violet Voss Makeup Brush Cleaner</i>, the new <i>Zoella Handcream</i> from her latest range because she knows I love me a good 'oul Zoella product! An <i>LA Girl Pro Concealer</i> which I have been wanting to try for the longest time but was again just one of those things I never got around too. An <i>Ofra Highlighter </i>that is the most beautiful highlighter I've ever seen in my life and I just want to bathe in it. A <i>mini packet of beauty blenders</i> which are always handy. A <i>Garnier Moisture Bomb Eye Tissue Mask</i> which I'm so excited to give a whirl. One of the new <i>Zoeva Spice of Life mini eyeshadow palette</i> which I found funny because I bought her one just in the opposite colours, and finally a <i>makeup bag</i> with the words Beauty Queen wrote across it, which I'm like Yass! Oh and <i>Processco Chocolate</i> which I'm also like yass about.<br />
<br />
Finally for food - because it's not Christmas without food I got a <i>Cadbury selection Box</i> along with a <i>Nestle</i> one. A box of <i>Whittard Hot Chocolate Powders</i>, which contains 8 different flavours and I honestly don't think I was ever so excited in my life when I got this. A box of <i>Celebrations</i> (because they're my fave and no I will not share them) Some <i>Galaxy salted Caramel cake bars</i> that are absolutely divine and a box of <i>Pattersons Chocolate and Orange Festive rounds.</i><br />
<br />
I apologise for the amount of times I used the phase 'so excited' in this post.<br />
<br />
As always I am so grateful for everything I got and feel very spoilt.<br />
<br />
What was your favourite gift you unwrapped this Christmas?<br />
xo.<br />

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjv2WMw8sDOIxyFTCAVh1hPGGq-xmJP_6nVgog2vVLDAIqEJJg1W6fd0NAqpbuCLII9zrhTM5RkiAxv7y5SdBQ3MXmdjeOZh0oZU8WOVMQ3S0tHZYU3kE_fwUv9qKxhJFvYBx9BxULWQljP/s1600/fullsizeoutput_2ce.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1066" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjv2WMw8sDOIxyFTCAVh1hPGGq-xmJP_6nVgog2vVLDAIqEJJg1W6fd0NAqpbuCLII9zrhTM5RkiAxv7y5SdBQ3MXmdjeOZh0oZU8WOVMQ3S0tHZYU3kE_fwUv9qKxhJFvYBx9BxULWQljP/s1600/fullsizeoutput_2ce.jpeg" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So we've finally entered into the last few weeks of the festive season and I feel like every second person I walk by is either sniffling or coughing away. But fear not, I've four products I wanna tell you all about today that I've been loving to help keep healthy during the festive season. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Thankfully I've been lucky enough for them all to be helping anytime I feel like something is trying to creep up on me.<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjCe1h73mjqifob0X9PZguJOHKkEMbJTlK-J1t5IBPAv6NnCMpbyqGxZ1shUf1ll5yvosq_iFKpn8UPIc0YuDD9SAWIc5yP7YhCu4-sPcAdc79QsIn-UIhsVlpscbRL2iuyxRYSJexUZAeB/s1600/IMG_5000.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1067" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjCe1h73mjqifob0X9PZguJOHKkEMbJTlK-J1t5IBPAv6NnCMpbyqGxZ1shUf1ll5yvosq_iFKpn8UPIc0YuDD9SAWIc5yP7YhCu4-sPcAdc79QsIn-UIhsVlpscbRL2iuyxRYSJexUZAeB/s1600/IMG_5000.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Starting with The Breath Co Oral Rinse* So I don't know if this is a thing but I'm extremely fussy when it comes to mouthwash. I only like ones that taste like actual mint and it must be strong, I really dislike the ones that taste of hay fever nasal spray (if you suffer with allergies you know exactly what I'm talking about) or even those that taste of just pure alcohol. This Breath Co one is just pure mint which is lovely and refreshing. It's dentist developed and helps keep your gums healthy along with giving you freshness for up to 24 hours so you're left feeling fresh everyday. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The next thing I found absolute life savers were the Grethers Pastilles* I popped these in my handbag and for whenever I felt my throat not feeling the best or if my voice started acting up I simply chewed one of these (okay maybe four or five because they're kinda addictive) and Id feel back to myself in no time. Literally love these and my only complaint is they made them way too delicious so I could never just have one. The little tub they come in is also so handy because it takes up no room at all and keeps the pastilles fresh. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Body care next because along with your health you also gotta look after your skin. Over the festive period I've been self tanning alot because I'm kind of obsessed with looking like I've just come back from a two weeks holiday from the Maldives rather than the North Pole. #PaleGirlProblems. I've been using two products for the past few weeks from Naturaline Skincare and I've really been enjoying them. The range is a natural skincare one which I'm all for because I've such sensitive skin if I use anything harsh or overly fragranced my skin punishes me. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I've been loving the Body Lotion* as it's helping maintain my tan but it also smells of Peppermint & Bamboo and I mean for the time of year how blooming fitting! The lotion itself is quite thick but absorbs into the skin very quickly which I love as I really can't stand those that take their time drying while you just stand there. It also comes in a bottle with a pump which makes it so much easier to use. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Along with the body lotion I've also been trying out the Day Cream*. This is suited for combination skin however it's definitely agreeing with my dry skin also! From using this I've noticed a difference in my skin as it's definitely added a healthy glow which wasn't there before. The cream itself feels so soothing and lovely when applied and doesn't take too long to absorb. I've been using this everyday on my skin before applying my makeup and have been truly enjoying it. Again cause its made from natural/organic ingredients I knew I'd get on quite well with it and as mentioned I'm really enjoying it. The jar is also huge and I can't see myself running out of it anytime soon as a little goes a long way.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
What have you been using during the festive period to keep you healthy?</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
xo.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: xx-small;">*This post contains PR samples, all opinions are 100% my own.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
Over the past month and a bit I've actually surprised myself at how little makeup I've bought, I mean somehow I still managed to blow my paycheque within three days but it clearly wasn't all on makeup (instead it was all on Halloween things and a new Ralph Lauren handbag bc I rly enjoy treating myself to designer bags it seems.) However Ofcourse I couldn't not add a few different beauty items to my collection over the last month because I definitely do not have that much willpower!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihliupHudlaz-NEuPOPNhvazL5XLCvO5RbOKFSuzfBSWWaIb20O4_i9DvSN3cg60pBjEfRp8l_UMCrXKgxZBpDw7An2b6XNnF9ra1YpCYQvq9jLu10UsisQ-YtovYwMQWFo4iM03e6b-yF/s1600/IMG_4798.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihliupHudlaz-NEuPOPNhvazL5XLCvO5RbOKFSuzfBSWWaIb20O4_i9DvSN3cg60pBjEfRp8l_UMCrXKgxZBpDw7An2b6XNnF9ra1YpCYQvq9jLu10UsisQ-YtovYwMQWFo4iM03e6b-yF/s1600/IMG_4798.jpeg" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Jumping straight in I ordered a cheeky little Beauty Bay order and for awhile I had been eying up the BeautyBay x Jordan Lipscombe palettes, now I'm not going to lie what got my attention about this was I seen the name Jordan and was like 'oh look my name is on that I must have it' #truestory. After going back and forth on and off the website for awhile I decided it was about time I treated myself a little <strike>cause I definitely don't do that everyday</strike> and ordered the 'Fuego' palette and my goodness am I happy I did. I'm going to get something silly out of the way first - it comes with stickers and one of those stickers is my name so you can bet that went straight onto the front of my MacBook! Stickers out of the way onto the actual palette. Consisting of 6 shadows and 2 highlighter shades I was quite excited to try it being that I had never tried a BeautyBay own brand product before so I wanted to see was it any good. I had seen rave reviews about the BeautyBay palettes from my girl Courtney @ <a href="https://www.lashesandluxe.co.uk/" target="_blank">LashesandLuxe</a> so I knew what to expect but I still was excited to see for myself.<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgs09o9v9sS6GtLhB1qSLaugZ7ckILHucrQoy-Qq9LYnRZvo9kXekSIZtxMFMRN1lb4DCXxhTQ4LnR7ckJOauupSMvdonyAuPaMIn5npHG9Ryxc8QaN3uRXO6wgRt746AHtKpl5q7i_ZZRu/s1600/fullsizeoutput_277.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgs09o9v9sS6GtLhB1qSLaugZ7ckILHucrQoy-Qq9LYnRZvo9kXekSIZtxMFMRN1lb4DCXxhTQ4LnR7ckJOauupSMvdonyAuPaMIn5npHG9Ryxc8QaN3uRXO6wgRt746AHtKpl5q7i_ZZRu/s1600/fullsizeoutput_277.jpeg" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I picked the Fuego palette just because the colours are so me, like literally you could go through my eyeshadow drawer and 80% of my palettes and single shadows will have the same colour scheme. The shadows themselves not going to lie pure shocked me. They're so pigmented and soft and blend so well together I actually couldn't believe it. Now I will admit the two darker shades need a little help with an extra layer but the rest are boommbb on the first application. For the price tag of €22.50 the quality definitely has me blown away and I actually cannot believe how affordable they're selling their palettes for. There are two more palettes part of this collaboration and out of the two I don't have I am in love with the 'Trooper' palette so I definitely think I'll be adding that onto my Wishlist for sure. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Also from Beauty Bay I decided to pick up a little Mario Badescu facial spritz and lip balm duo because I've kind of fallen in love with the products I've tried so far (especially the facial spritz which I've almost ran out of) so decided I may aswell pick up another to have on hand. Also I had read somewhere that the lip balm was very good for dry lips and I can now hold my hand up and 100% agree with this statement because it is a god send! Literally have been slathering it on my lips since I got it and my lips have never been so moisturised and soft in all of my life. As for the facial spritz I kinda raved on all about that in my previous post which you can find it <a href="http://www.darlingjordan.com/2018/11/mario-badescu-skincare-hit-or-miss.html" target="_blank">here</a>, long story short I'm OBSESSED with the facial spritz from this brand!<br />
<br />
I also decided to pick up a new brow brush to try as I only ever use the Zoeva Brow Brush as I became so used to it that doing my brows with any other brow brush just wasn't working. However when I seen the bhCosmetics V10 brow brush & spoolie duo I decided to give it a whirl. I'm so glad I picked this up I literally think it was less than €5 and I'm actually obsessed with it, it's slightly thinner than my usual Zoeva one so you can get alot more control and definition when filling in your brows which I love. I usually don't ever use a spooly but I am loving how natural it helps my brows look. I've since placed another Beauty Bay order and have ordered another brush just as a back up.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEglDJU2_Mq9lpM8SzPGmVEH5U0mhNCgsd56abcPXPU6OVeJChpbg05HbkxZj10U_SoHz2JGAT81bXaGZuBd-KvyImNVldt5HOhYEWUOSzAqKwF3BVUv68cCPqZAWh5i6zzyN7JXEwKn0KZy/s1600/fullsizeoutput_27e.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEglDJU2_Mq9lpM8SzPGmVEH5U0mhNCgsd56abcPXPU6OVeJChpbg05HbkxZj10U_SoHz2JGAT81bXaGZuBd-KvyImNVldt5HOhYEWUOSzAqKwF3BVUv68cCPqZAWh5i6zzyN7JXEwKn0KZy/s1600/fullsizeoutput_27e.jpeg" /></a></div>
As for fragrances I've added two new ones to my collection over this past month. A little purse friendly rollerball of the new scent Woman by Ralph Lauren (which I currently carry around in my Ralph Lauren handbag bc extra) which is such a gorgeous fresh floral scent. It's definitely a fragrance I for sure want in full size.<br />
I also added a bottle of the new Scandal by Night by Jean Paul Gautier. Last year I fell in love with the original Scandal scent and this year they've just gone and outdone themselves again. It's very like the original only much deeper in scent and it's absolutely gorgeous. The bottle design stayed the same with the fragrance itself getting slightly darker in colour too! Definitely one to pop onto the wishlist if you're a fan of the original scent.<br />
<br />
So it's taken me a very very long time to hop onto the hype train that is Pixi Glow Tonic however I've finally gotten around to picking up a little 100ml bottle to give it a whirl. I definitely haven't been using it long enough yet to notice any differences but I am enjoying how it leaves my skin feeling after I apply it. I'm sure after a solid few months of using it you'll all get to hear my full thoughts on it. I also since this have added a few more Pixi products to my skincare collection so the Tonic left somewhat an impression on me for me to go and pick up a few more bits.<br />

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEifGzB4HCB-D6DAUpXdqnD6-X5GgdV61aogdSghFetLZCc188Ox4jtAVX4s4JEvtYb5lwGCdxzyTHVcKS1YYPCI7W73wK-4wDeJB12pp5-K5h7L2_5uAFqWLarojbdo4sljoKYkVOrWWzjz/s1600/fullsizeoutput_27d.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEifGzB4HCB-D6DAUpXdqnD6-X5GgdV61aogdSghFetLZCc188Ox4jtAVX4s4JEvtYb5lwGCdxzyTHVcKS1YYPCI7W73wK-4wDeJB12pp5-K5h7L2_5uAFqWLarojbdo4sljoKYkVOrWWzjz/s1600/fullsizeoutput_27d.jpeg" /></a><br />
Finally I added some Anastasia Beverly Hills products to my makeup collection. I seriously must be the last person in the Beauty community to do so but I've finally done it!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So I decided to jump right into the brand and picked up a stick foundation in the shade 'Warm Ivory' and since getting it I think I've only tried it about four times so far so I'm still not 100% on my decision just yet. It's very light coverage, great for good skin days when you just want to even everything out but thats my only opinion on it so far - more to follow soon I guess!<br />
I also picked up a matte lipstick in the shade 'Rosewood' and I'm not going to lie part of me jumped at this shade because of the name making me instantly remember PLL. However luckily for me the lipstick shade is a gorgeous burnt terracotta colour. The formula is blooming amazing and I honestly don't know what would actually make this disappear from your lips its that good! The only thing I will say is you really need to make sure your lips are well moisturised because it is a tad bit drying.<br />
<br />
Have you added any beauty products to your collection lately?<br />
xo.<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjNaCfmn6FX2AiFrEvf7nGdvgXz0KKrRRluc_v0-blopvvVxTI910tEIorx2B3c741xQKnWsscKSCkwqy8bnyBkm7sXJ239M4BLaN4Rctg01A2v1CjJDTnPLUoB3ZbEZF_Vj2Us4V6H3BjN/s1600/IMG_3593.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjNaCfmn6FX2AiFrEvf7nGdvgXz0KKrRRluc_v0-blopvvVxTI910tEIorx2B3c741xQKnWsscKSCkwqy8bnyBkm7sXJ239M4BLaN4Rctg01A2v1CjJDTnPLUoB3ZbEZF_Vj2Us4V6H3BjN/s1600/IMG_3593.jpg" /></a></div>
<br />
<span style="font-family: inherit; text-align: center;">Since the beginning of 2018 Mario Badescu was a brand that made it onto my ‘must try something from this brand at some point of this year’ list. After hearing rave reviews about numerous of products I knew that I wanted to have at least one product in my collection to give a whirl. Fast forward to 11 months into the year (which is actually crazy because where on earth did those 11 months go already!?) I finally have two products that I’ve been trialing over the past few months and now I can finally share my opinions on Mario Badescu skincare products….well the ones I’ve tried obviously.</span><br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; min-height: 14px; text-align: center;">
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjOH4ZtYF6WUspv9pv7iigGU5EnHMcTESoXE8SKe4Kj1l2AGtHha-NkevSYcKbRk45ypTf7LXh3BNnHhFY8QE-km6J9rqzBRcu62PzhlBjosdaC6_byQ8ob8aR7-qqjEC1ZCXnFK-WOqzuO/s1600/IMG_3580.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjOH4ZtYF6WUspv9pv7iigGU5EnHMcTESoXE8SKe4Kj1l2AGtHha-NkevSYcKbRk45ypTf7LXh3BNnHhFY8QE-km6J9rqzBRcu62PzhlBjosdaC6_byQ8ob8aR7-qqjEC1ZCXnFK-WOqzuO/s1600/IMG_3580.jpg" /></a></div>
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Starting with the much anticipated Drying Lotion. This was the number one product I had read review after review about and 9 times out of 10 they were rave reviews. I’m lucky enough to not suffer a huge amount with spots and just get them when approaching my time of month and thats about it. Sometimes I do get a random one here and there which I’m like ‘excuse me can you like not!?’ So when I got this Drying Lotion as part of a Birthday present I was more than happy to wait and welcome any spot that felt like appearing on my skin. I legit think I owned this bottle a whole 7 days before I got a spot and honestly it probably appeared over me stressing about not getting a spot so I could try this. But yes a spot finally appeared and since then many have after.</span></div>
<div style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; min-height: 14px; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">So I’m not going to lie I’m one of those people who doesn’t read instructions and just goes straight into the product, so after shaking the living daylight out of this little bottle and just as I was about to dip my cotton bud in the mixture I seen the words ‘do not shake together’ *facepalm* So yes m’loves heres a tip for you - read instructions! So me being all excited to try this product had to sit on my bed for a solid 30 minutes until the formula 100% separated and so I could finally apply the pink sandy part too my skin. When I first tried it I left it on for the day and at about 8pm when I was about to get into a shower I decided to wash it off and honestly I was far from impressed, especially for the little stiff price tag on it for what it’s supposed to do. However of course I wasn’t going to let that be my entire judgement of the product and continued to use it every time a spot appeared or tried too appear on my face.</span></div>
<div style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; min-height: 14px; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">After many uses of it later I must say I do really like this product. Do I think it’s worth the money? No, as there are purse friendlier items on the market that basically do the same thing. It definitely does reduce the size of the spot and take down any redness where the skin is irritated but I’ve definitely trialed a few drugstore skincare brands that do the exact same thing. However if it’s something you’ve been wanting to try for awhile and want to splurge on then I’d definitely recommend it but if you don’t feel like spending your money on it trust me you will definitely find a drugstore product that does the exact same thing, it may not be a drying lotion but you’ll definitely get the same results. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Again just like the drying lotion another thing I wanted to try was one of the facial sprays. So I finally got around to trying out the Aloe, Cucumber and Green Tea facial spray and oh my goodness I adore a good 'oul facial spritz but this one just beats them all. I don't know if it's the cooling effect it seems to have or the freshness it gives the skin or even the glorious scent all in all it's just beyond a winner for me. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: inherit;">I've been using this as a primer spray, a finishing spray, just a refreshing spritz spray throughout the day and even on no makeup days. It's definitely one of those sprays that you can basically spray on you any time of the day and it'll instantly give your skin a lift. It comes in two sizes and for the larger size it's no more than €11 which is an absolute bargain! I've legit about a quarter of a bottle left and I know this will definitely be a product that I'll re-purchase. Legit gets a 10/10 from me.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Have you tried any Mario Badescu products?</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;">xo.</span></div>

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjurQYNeCaj5BH1qCpdqafQjwPWGmcZlyWsCzZZu9nyz1JFvzdaFWIDyiOphSfGGeAS32Os_sWifhhYS8S0rwN4SYt0xRJ097ZnJZ4TwKs0xiwb6AM2Qp1aLY_fukEw9MrULuu2Bzas-UTk/s1600/IMG_3259.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1067" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjurQYNeCaj5BH1qCpdqafQjwPWGmcZlyWsCzZZu9nyz1JFvzdaFWIDyiOphSfGGeAS32Os_sWifhhYS8S0rwN4SYt0xRJ097ZnJZ4TwKs0xiwb6AM2Qp1aLY_fukEw9MrULuu2Bzas-UTk/s1600/IMG_3259.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
So back in April I decided that a resolution I would make for myself in May was too master fake tanning, why?! A little because I was just beyond sick of my Snow White complexion and a little I suppose was peer pressure....oh and the ridiculous heat wave we had! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Anyways I was one of those people who would mess about with fake tan for one day out of the year, not really understand it, wake up orange and patchy and then proceed to never touch a bottle of tan again until the next year. So the month of May was an interesting one consisting of patchy tan streaks, hand marks where I had wiped the tan off un-nonce to myself, dodgy orange knuckles and elbows, hands that didn't look human, one day I was even green and then the odd day where I had nailed it.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
So after a good 3 months of self tanning I've finally figured out the fool proof tans that work for me, and while my hands still never look quite right I'm almost always guaranteed I can wake up in the morning with a golden glow and no streaky lines! So I've tried quite a few and lived through a few disastrous tanning mishaps to bring you this post!</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhCbMloR6vSZ1q3W8qmOdsYY8LPKH6GJcj5vKTdvHKrmKJOFrGSIo5UCbbo5FDWwbiBo6bJl4QAmVTg-PPKXZtNVo2kIrIl_0495OI4hZIwvygT1hRDi0lbR4ZJ3ssEmPyyXIuCR1MaEDFn/s1600/IMG_3264.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhCbMloR6vSZ1q3W8qmOdsYY8LPKH6GJcj5vKTdvHKrmKJOFrGSIo5UCbbo5FDWwbiBo6bJl4QAmVTg-PPKXZtNVo2kIrIl_0495OI4hZIwvygT1hRDi0lbR4ZJ3ssEmPyyXIuCR1MaEDFn/s1600/IMG_3264.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I'm just going to jump right in and start talking about my absolute favourite tanning brand. You may be able to guess which one it is from these photos alone or if you follow me on Instagram you've definitely witnessed me fangirl over the brand. <i>Tantastic</i> tanning products take up a good 80% of the fake tan collection I've quickly accumulated over the previous months. I just find that no matter which of their products you use, you're guaranteed to wake up with an amazing looking streak free colour. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Starting with their <i>Gradual Tanner in the shade 'Light'</i>. This is perfect for topping up your tan throughout the week or if you haven't self tanned and just want to add a little hint of colour to your skin so you're not looking as pale. This cream is white so when you're rubbing it into the skin you've to just be aware that you've applied it everywhere, as it's a gradual tanner though it does take a few days for the colour to start really showing so if you tend to miss a spot you wont notice it too much. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Their Fast Drying Lotion is probably my favourite formula out of the whole range just because I find it extremely moisturising so if you do have any dry skin this won't really stick to it to outline the area! This comes in the shade 'Medium' which is such a beautiful colour and the only one I used for about two months. The Lotion has a colour indicator which I think makes the application of the tan so much easier to ones that don't have it. Because of the colour indicator it's extremely easy to see if youve missed any areas on your skin. You only need to let it dry for 2 minutes and then you can get dressed and go about your day, the indicator colour is so lovely and natural looking that you don't have to worry about it being on show. Throughout the hours then the colour starts to develop and by the end your left with a glowing golden tan. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Another Tantastic favourite is their <i>Dark Liquid Tan</i>. So I will be the first to say that since I tried their 'Dark' colour I find it very hard to pick a Medium colour because it's no longer dark enough for me and I end up doing two layers of the product if I'm using the medium shade. The other thing I will say that you have to seriously make sure your skin is well moisturised when using the liquid because if you've a bit of dry skin anywhere trust me this will point it out to you no matter how careful or precise your application is. However the formula feels so quick and easy to apply and as I mentioned because its the dark coloured version it leaves you looking like you've just gotten back from a two week vacay from the Bahamas. The only thing I will mention is the liquid dries very quickly so you have to work quite quick with this formula. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I picked up the <i>Cocoa Brown Medium 1 Hour Tan </i>on a whim to try it out and I had to include it in here because I was so impressed with it. Again just like the last one it has a colour indicator, now personally I didn't find it as noticeable as the Tantastic one but you definitely are able to spot and patches you missed which is great. This tan gives an indication of the colour you'll turn by how long you leave it, so 1 hour will be light, 2 hours will be medium and 3 hours will be dark. Ofcourse me loving myself a good Dark tan I left it on for the 3 hours and the colour is a lovely natural colour. I also found that this tan lasts quite well on the skin, it took at least four days until it started to fade and even at that it was a nice fade and not a drastic white patch here and a dodgy orange line there, it wears really well and removes very easily especially when using the Tan Eraser they released.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Finally I couldn't not include a Bondi Sands tan, I mean even Kylie Jenner is posting pictures on Insta using it so of course I had to buy a bottle to see what the hype was all about. So a few things I will say is make sure you give the bottle a good shake before using just to make sure everything is mixed together well. When you pump the foam out it does look very orangey toned but don't panic too much about it because when you apply it to the skin and wash it off after letting it set you are left with a golden colour rather than an orange one. The foam also dries quite quickly so you do have to work quite quickly with it, I'm not saying lightning speed but you just have to start blending as soon as you apply it to the skin. The colour is beautiful though once developed and theres a coconut scent to it so you're not left with that horrible fake tan scent that absolutely nobody enjoys. I will also admit that when I use this tan I get longer wear out of it than any other tan I use so it is well worth the price tag as its the most expensive one I've mentioned here. </div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
Of course preparation before tanning matters but the application is just as important and what you use to apply your tan can make or break a good application. Lately I've been trying out The gLove* and I have to say I have been LOVING it. Rather than your usual tanning mitt this is a tanning glove and its unbelievable how much easier its made tanning, especially for those tricky areas such as your hands and feet. Theres also an elasticated end on it which means it stays putt on your hand when your applying tan especially for your back! Literally everytime I was tanning my back 9 times out of 10 my mitt would fall off from the crazy yoga poses I do be pulling to try and not to miss a spot. The gLove has definitely changed how I tan and like I mentioned I definitely feel like it's made tanning 100 times easier! You can find more info on the product that retails for €9.95 on the website <a href="https://theglove.ie/" target="_blank">here</a>.</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
So lets address the elephant in the room, it's been two months and here I am acting like it's totally normal to just upload a post without addressing where I've been. But I've just paid for my domain for another year so Darling Jordan is sticking around. So rather than giving excuses as to why I haven't been posting lets just right back into the swing of things. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So I thought what a better way than getting back to normal than with a favourites post. It's been ages since I done one of these and I've kind of gathered everything together that I've been loving from May to right now. Some have obviously been in my life longer than others but these have definitely been my Summer gems so far.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I'm going to start with Tans because yup thats right back in May this girl made it her goal to figure out self tan and ever since I've 9 times out of 10 been wearing fake tanner. Of course there has been mishaps in-between where it was streaky and uneven and hey I was even green for a day...but thats for a whole other post next time! However all that aside <i>Tantastic</i> became my favourite tanning brand (and trust me I tried my fair few). I fell head over heels with the formulas, the scent and the overall colour it would give you. The <i>Fast Drying Self Tan Lotion</i> I was using in <i>Medium</i> for a very long time, literally think this is my fourth tube but I just adore it. So it has a colour indicator meaning you can easily spot if you've missed anywhere and come morning time you have the most gorgeous Golden Goddess tan ever. The lotion is also really moisturising on the skin and spreads so easily.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
After using the lotion for a few weeks I decided to venture out and decided to go with the same brand but try out their <i>Fast Drying Self Tan Liquid</i> in <i>Dark</i> and I instantly fell in love with this too. Now again the colour this gives is just beautiful, like I'm talking a tan from the Bahamas in a bottle. The only thing about the Liquid is you really have to make sure your skin is well moisturised as its not as moisturising as the Lotion is. However these two have been my go to self tanners for the past two months and I honestly have now turned into the person who cannot stand looking at my usual Snow White like skintone.<br />

<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Sticking to the whole tanning side of things, my skin has never been so looked after in it's life like I'm literally moisturising everyday and thats just not something I would ever do. As to what moisturisers I've been loving my top pick has definitely been the <i>Vaseline Intensive Care Spray Moisture in Cocoa Radiant. </i>Literally every body moisturiser should come in a can because I cannot get over how quick and easy it is to apply this like you're literally done in about 20 seconds its so great. Another one I've been loving for when I'm in-between tanning and just want to use something a little thicker is the <i>Zoella Quench Me Body Sorbet, </i>this scent just screams summer to me and as it's a lot thicker in consistency I feel like it's just helping give my skin a good moisturise. I use this one twice a week and stick to my Vaseline every other day.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Makeup wise I won't lie there hasn't been a whole lot of launches that I was like ohmygod if I don't get this now I am actually going to die, like not alot made me be over-dramatic. However one that I did give into was the <i>Smashbox x Vlada Petal Metal Collection</i>. This collection consisted of everything rose golden and it was just a dream. Although I didn't buy everything in the collection what I did pick up I fell in love with. The next three products I mention I've legit been wearing non-stop since purchasing them and I just love them so much. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh0_dK35pxTGPiLfc9EesCCjLqKcUt_Y5FbZaQn8ndB9gUd5oaxJHpuysFenluhIKUY3r602tOOgGjNEC6fSDxGxZyEkvN3meC8wy5zDHsJGM72D5E4TMaG06wSEOEQzytcilW4HKhPL9ou/s1600/IMG_3114.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh0_dK35pxTGPiLfc9EesCCjLqKcUt_Y5FbZaQn8ndB9gUd5oaxJHpuysFenluhIKUY3r602tOOgGjNEC6fSDxGxZyEkvN3meC8wy5zDHsJGM72D5E4TMaG06wSEOEQzytcilW4HKhPL9ou/s1600/IMG_3114.jpg" /></a></div>
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The <i>Petal Metal Shimmer Spray </i>is a cream consistency that you spray onto your face before applying your makeup (the first time I used this I sprayed it on top of my makeup thinking it was like a setting/finishing spray...yeah don't do that), of course it's rose gold in colour and gives the skin a lovely glowy look. I either use this as my primer or mix it in with it depending on my mood. I also picked up the <i>Petal Metal Liquid Liner </i>in the shade <i>24k Rose</i> which of course is....yep you've guessed it Rose Gold! I pair this with the Smashbox Always On Liquid Liner just for an extra pop of colour and something different I suppose. The applicator is a silicone brush which makes it super easy to apply and makes the application a whole lot faster than when its a tiny brush with bristles (I cannot for the life of me get the hang of those). Finally I've also fallen head over heels with the <i>Petal Metal Highlighter </i>in the shade <i>Rosemantic.</i> This is (obvz) a gorgeous rose pink toned highlighter which I kind of use as a highlighter and blush at the same time because it's such a beautiful shade. There is another more Champagne toned highlighter in the range that I still have my eye on as a treat yo'self kind of moment, I'll keep you updated. I did also buy the eyeshadow palette from this range and it is absolutely gorgeous but I ended up not including it just because when it comes to eyeshadow palettes I never stick to one and change them daily but it's just as gorgeous as the rest of the collection!<br />
<br />
I've also been adoring the <i>Zoella So Soft Lip Oil </i>for when I remove my makeup and my lips feel a little dry. It smells amazing and leaves your lips feeling hydrated and soft. The lipstick i've been wearing for the past 6 months atleast has been the <i>Smashbox Lipstick in Audition,</i> it's just the most perfect nude shade and is so close to the colour of my lips that if it wears off a little you cant even tell. I've finished one tube of this shade and I'm nearing the end of my second tube. I'll definitely be re-purchasing another because it is honestly just the perfect nude. Sticking with <i>Smashbox</i> I've also been obsessed with their new <i>Photofinish So Chill Coconut Primer Water. </i>It's like their original primer water but with a little bit of Summer added too it, the scent just reminds me of holidays and I'm obsessed. The Primer Water has been a holy grail product of mine for over 2 years now and I'm forever recommending it to people because of how versatile it is as you can use it for so many things.<br />
<br />
Something I don't talk about an awful lot is perfumes which I find slightly strange as I have a slight addiction when it comes to them. 3 drawers out of my Alex 9 drawer is just full of fragrances, however I do think I don't talk about them..well type about them a lot just because of how hard it is to describe a scent to someone without them being able to smell it. Y'all must know the struggle I'm talking about...right?!<br />
Anyhow I've been obsessing over 3 scents, in reality there was 7 but I narrowed it down to three that I haven't spoke about before just to be different, but still to this day my staple fragrance is Gucci Bloom! While in Birmingham Airport back in June I went to <i>Victorias Secret </i>aka heaven and picked up the '<i>Love</i>' gift set along with a lot of other things I did not need. This is such a beautiful scent though, I'm such a sucker for sweet floral scents when it comes to fragrances. The set included the perfume, a body spray that contains glitter(!!!!!) and a body lotion. Also the box it came in and how its presented is basically why I bought it (and obvz because I liked the smell too).<br />
Something slightly in the more luxury side I finally got myself a bottle of <i>Tom Ford Velvet Orchid</i> and I'm literally still so excited about finally owning a bottle of it. After falling in love with it last year during a training day I finally have my very own bottle. While this is a slightly differ scent than I normally go for I'm obsessed. Its a strong but very light fragrance that I will admit I don't think lasts very long but I mean it's still fab and I love it. I'd describe it as almost like a strong powdery rose but not as sweet as the likes of the Miss Dior EDP. (I'm so horrendous when it comes to talking about fragrance smells ohmygod like)<br />
And then on the complete opposite side of the expensive spectrum I've been loving the <i>Zoella Botanic'Eau </i>scent as it is the most summery thing I've ever smelt in my life. It's so fresh and crisp and just screams summer too me. I have this in my handbag all the time as I'm so in love with it. I adore Zoella's products and she always seems to get the scents bang on trend for the season it's released in.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
Finally swiftly back to skincare for a moment I've been really loving using the <i>Superdrug Vitamin E Leave On Moisture Mask</i> it's just so hydrating and my skin always looks and feels so much brighter and healthier after I've used it. During the Summer months especially in this weird heatwave we've been having (seriously having an actual full blast Summer in Ireland is so strange and I'm just not made for this heat we're experiencing like I feel like I'm melting all day everyday!) my skin sometimes feels dry or even dehydrated so this is absolutely perfect for putting all the moisture back into it. It also smells really nice and is so soothing when you apply it.<br />
<br />
I just had to mention <i>Freeist </i>a brand that I would normally never kind of pay much attention too because it's a 'healthier' alternative as its sugar free. But OHMYGOD I'm so obsessed with their chocolate and popcorn. Like seriously it tastes so good and I've been eating their chocolate over normal chocolate when I feel like a sweet treat and yeah I'm slightly in love with the brand.<br />
<br />
And there you have it, the products I've been loving throughout Summer so far.<br />
What have you been obsessing over during the Summer months so far?<br />
