Bright Eyes Bold Lip

Going into October our makeup starts to get darker (hellllloo berry lips I have missed you, please don't leave me again) I am still loving bright eyes, although I am obsessed with Autumn my makeup loving self is still holding on to some Summer trends.

When it comes to highlighting my eyes I adore using the NYX HD Concealer in 01 Porcelain. This is definitely a heavy duty concealer and I must say it is absolutely amazing for covering up them big red angry under the skin spots. It is also amazing for highlighting the face especially under the eyes. Even though this is heavy duty I find it does not crease when set and I absolutely adore the photo finish look it helps achieve.

To also give the concealer a little bit more help with staying power I like to use the Smashbox Photo Finish Hydrating Under Eye Primer. This is basically like an eye lid primer but just for under your eyes. I'm not going to lie I didn't even know something like this existed until I got it in a Smashbox kit for my birthday. I will however say I really enjoy it and do find it does help my under eye concealer stay in place all day.

For eyeshadow I have been loving the Tanya Burr Hollywood Eye Palette (see swatches here) I have been using Gold Coin and Enchantment on my lid and then Bookworm in my crease. These shadows are literally such a dream and are just so gorgeous to work with. They also last for hours and I have actually yet to use an eye primer while wearing these as I've had no need to do so so far!

Finally I am all about achieving the fake lash look without the fake lashes so I use the Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara for gorgeous voluminous lashes in an instant. I absolutely adore this mascara and I'm pretty sure it's becoming my new holy grail! I also absolutely adore the packaging and something that surprised me was how heavy the actual tube is. I've heard so many mixed reviews about this mascara but for me it's a huge thumbs up.

Finally since it is Autumn I'm all about those Berry lips and recently have been loving the Tanya Burr Lipgloss in Berry Picking. What I absolutely adore about this product is that with one coat you can wear it sheer but with two coats you have such a pigmented colour it's just amazing! Who doesn't love a good old berry lip!?

What kind of look have you been loving lately?
