A while back I bought the Zoella Awesome Drawersome set as I fell in love with the drawers and wanted to use them to store my everyday makeup. You can see the original contents that were in the drawers here! Now onto what I currently have in them.
In the top drawer I keep my base products so things such as my primers, foundations, concealers and powders and also my brow palette. For primers I've been switching about at the moment between the Botanics Radiance Balm which gives your skin the most gorgeous healthy glow and just helps if you need a pick me up. The other primer I've been using is the Smashbox Photo Finish which I must say I've become slightly obsessed with. It evens out any pores and just feels so smooth on the skin. It also keeps my makeup lasting for absolutely hours which I adore. I can definitely see myself buying a full size one when this is gone. Another primer I've been loving but it's only for under the eyes is the Smashbox Photo Finish Under Eye Primer which was something I had never used before but with it's properties to help de-puff eyes and with dark circles I cannot get enough of it, and find when I use it my concealer definitely stays putt without having to touch it up throughout the day.
For foundations just like my primers I've been swapping between two. Honestly it just depends on what mood I'm in or how my skin is that day that helps me decide which one I want to wear. I've been swapping between my Mac Studio Fix and the Rimmel Match Perfection. Both are my absolute favourites and I cannot get enough of them. For concealer my beloved Collection Lasting Perfection does not leave my side, ever! Finally for powder, recently I've been loving the Soap and Glory One Heck Of A Blot which has been designed for oily skin which I don't have however it definitely helps keep my foundation in place and doesn't allow it to move around my face. For brows the Tanya Burr Brow Palette has not left my makeup routine since August. The powders are just such great quality and the perfect shades.
Onto the middle drawers are where I like to keep all my eye products such as eyeshadows, mascaras, liners and lashes. I have quite a few eyeshadows on rotation at the moment, however I will say the Too Faced Natural Eyes Palette is the one getting the most use at the moment especially when I'm into work early as it's just so simple to put a look together because they're already laid out for you. Also in my eyeshadow drawer is the NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk and the Seventeen Eye Eye Crayon in Iced White*. I normally use these to highlight my brow bone and as an eyelid primer as I find they both really help the eyeshadows to pop! Along with these I then have the Maybelline Colour Tattoo in Metallic Pomegranate which is just such a gorgeous shade for this time of year. The Seventeen Eyeshadow Mono in Rose Quartz* which I am slightly obsessed with right now and the Freedom Eyeshadow in #218 which is honestly the most gorgeous bronze shadow I own.
For mascara I will admit I had been switching between two however the Too Faced Better Than Sex was the one I kept going back too and I just adore the effect it gives my lashes and I cannot get enough of it. I'm all for gel liners as they're the only ones that work with my dreadfully watery eyes and so I have been loving the Maybelline Eyestudio Lasting Drama and the Revecen cake Liner in Black which is basically a black shadow but when you add water it turns into a gel liner. I have been slightly obsessed with False Lashes recently and I've been grabbing the Primark Sultry Lashes which I just cannot get enough of as they are just so affordable and pretty.
Finally in the bottom drawer is a bit of a mix between the current bronzers, highlighters and lip products I'm currently using. Starting with bronzers of course my beloved Seventeen Define & Conquer Contour Kit is included, is it bad that I actually prefer this over my Nars Laguna bronzer!? Honestly it's so amazing for the small price tag. Another bronzer I've been loving especially for an everyday basis is the Soap and Glory Solar Powder, if you have pale skin trust me when I say you need this in your life. The shade is just perfect and I absolutely adore it so much. Onto highlighters which since Summer I've been obsessed with and have continued using them, my much beloved MUA Highlighter in Opalescent Amber which since I received in my box swap from Emmy (find post here) I have been obsessed with it. Another highlighter that I have been loving is the Seventeen Instant Glow* which is so pretty on the skin and reminds me so much of the Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick.
For lips I've been switching between the Tanya Burr Lipgloss in Berry Picking which is definitely perfect for this time of year. I've also been loving the Gosh Lipliner paired with the L'oreal Blakes Red as I find it just creates the perfect red lip! For when I want a pop of colour my beloved Mac Viva Glam Miley Cyrus Lipstick & Lipglass is used and although they aren't really season appropriate I still absolutely adore them both as they are just so gorgeous! Finally when I'm feeling lazy and don't want to have to worry about my lipstick throughout the day I will use Lipcote which simply seals your lipstick for the day leaving you worry free about having to top it up every few hours!
